 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PLANS SUBMITTED HAVE A COPY OF THE SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE. ALL PLANS NEED TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL
 SIGNATURE OF THE ARCHITECT AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481
 WHEN SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
  
 3- IT LOOKS LIKE THE CASEMENT WINDOWS SPECIFIED FOR THE
 GUEST BEDROOM AND BEDROOM #2 DON'T COMPLY WITH THE
 EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH
 EDITION (2014). ACCORDING TO THE PGT WINDOWS WEBSITE,
 THE SIZE OF WINDOWS SPECIFIED DON'T COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH CLEAR OPENING AND TOTAL CLEAR OPENING.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO COMPLY OR PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S
 CUT SHEETS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE CLEAR
 OPENINGS. NOTE: KEEP IN MIND THAT EGRESS NEED TO BE
 ACCOMPLISHED BY THE NORMAL OPERATION OF THE WINDOW
 WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL STEP OR KNOWLEDGE TO OBTAIN THE
