 UNDER CONSTRUCTION" ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONCRETE POUR. A "FINISHED
 CONSTRUCTION" ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 4. ALL EQUIPMENT SERVICING THE BUILDING WILL ALSO BE
 REQUIRED TO MEET THE MINIMUM ELEVATION OF 17' NGVD29;
 REVISE PLAN WITH A NOTE.

 COMPLIANCE WITH DISTANCE TO THE ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE
 (SEE ITEM 1) REQUIRES INFORMATION SUCH AS THE BUILDING
 TYPE, FBC 107.
  
 6. IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE DCA APPROVAL, PROVIDE AN
 ENGINEERED DETAIL FOR THE FOUNDATION AND TIE DOWNS FOR
 THE PROPOSED MODULAR, FBC B 1609.
  
 7. PROVIDE A NEW PERMIT APPLICATION WITH CORRECT SCOPE
