 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) LIFE SAFETY PLAN ALS1.0:
  
 1A) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN INDICATES THIS IS A BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY AND A LEVEL II ALTERATION. PLEASE NOTE THIS
 WILL BE CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. THE LAST
 KNOWN USE THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISERS
 OFFICE HAS FOR THIS PROPERTY IS 5, 500 SQ. FT. FOR
 UNFINISHED RETAIL AREA. THERE WAS NO CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY ISSUED UNDER THE SHELL PERMIT 13030468 NOR
 THE BUILDOUT PERMIT OF 12070649. THE PLANS WILL NEED TO
 BE DESIGNED AS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AND CHAPTER 10 OF
 THE 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE AND SECTION 1001.3.1.
 WHERE A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A
 NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, SECTION 1012 (EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE) SHALL APPLY.
  
 1B) PLEASE NOTE THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS DECLARED
 THIS TO BE A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY WITH AN AREA OF
 ASSEMBLY OF 705 SQ. FT. WHERE THE PERCENTAGE OF
 ASSEMBLY USAGE IS OVER THE 10 PERCENT OF THE FLOOR AREA
 BY 0.03 % BUT AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 47. PLEASE NOTE ONLY
 THE 2 CONFERENCE ROOMS WERE CONSIDERED IN THE
 CALCULATION. THE BREAK ROOM WAS NOT CONSIDERED. WHEN
 THE AREA OF THE BREAK ROOM IS ADDED TO THE ASSEMBLY
 FOOT PRINT THE SQ. FOOTAGE GOES UP TO 0.18%> 10% AND
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS INCREASED TO 288/15=19.2 OR 20
 +47= 67 OCCUPANTS. THIS MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 MIXED OCCUPANCY UNDER FBC-B 509.3. ALSO SEE THE 2012
 IBC-B COMMENTARY THE BUILDING AREA IS TO BE BASED ON
 THE TENANT SQUARE FOOT AREA WHEN THERE ARE MULTIPLE
 TENANTS ON THE SAME FLOOR LEVEL.
  
 1C) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD SHALL DECLARE IF THE TENANT
 OCCUPANCY SEPARATION IS TO COMPLY WITH WHICH SECTION OF
 THE CODE:
 2014 FBC-B 508.3 NONSEPARATED OCCUPANCIES
 2014 FBC-B 508.3 SEPARATION.
  
 1D) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN INDICATES THE MEZZANINE LEVEL
 IS DECLARED AN S-2 OCCUPANCY, PLEASE INDICATE THE TYPE
 OF MATERIALS THAT ARE TO BE STORED MAKING THE S2
 STORAGE OCCUPANCY. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 1E) PLEASE NOTE UNDER THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN THE
 MEZZANINE IS LABEL TO HAVE 680 SQUARE FEET. THE 5,500
 SQ. FT. OF AREA FROM THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE
 MAYBE LOW. IN TAKING OFF THE SQUARE FOOTAGE FROM THE
 INTERIOR SIDE OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS THE TOTAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE APPEARS TO BE 6370 SQ. FT. WHEN SCALED. THE 680
 SQUARE FEET OF AREA FOR THE MEZZANINE IS OVER THE
 ALLOWABLE 10% OF THE FLOOR AREA SO IT IS NO LONGER AN
 ACCESSORY OCCUPANCY, PLEASE PROVIDE HOW COMPLIANCE WITH

 1F) SINCE THE MEZZANINE IS STORAGE OCCUPANCY AND NOT ON
 GRADE LEVEL, PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THE MEZZANINE WAS
 DESIGNED FOR LIVE LOADS, 2014 FBC-B TABLE 1607.1( 31).
 1G) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH LIVE LOAD CONDITIONS
 AND W. P. B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE FOR LIVE LOADS:
 1G)(1) 106. 1 LIVE LOADS POSTED. WHERE THE LIVE LOADS
 FOR WHICH EACH FLOOR OR PORTION THEREOF OF A COMMERCIAL
 OR INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IS OR HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO
 EXCEED 50 PSF SUCH DESIGN LIVE LOADS SHALL BE
 CONSPICUOUSLY POSTED BY THE OWNER IN THAT PART OF EACH
 STORY IN WHICH THEY APPLY, USING DURABLE SIGNS. IT
 SHALL BE UNLAWFUL TO REMOVE OR DEFACE SUCH NOTICES.

 SIDES OF THE CONFERENCE ROOM. UNDER THE 2014 FBC-B
 1008.1.2 DOOR SWING EXCEPTION 9 ONLY ALLOWS MANUALLY
 OPERATED HORIZONTAL SLIDING DOORS WHEN THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD IS 10 OR LESS.
  
 1I) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET ALSO SHOWS A COFFEE AREA WITH
 22 SEATS. LEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH;
 1I)(1) 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE
 CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE
 SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902. IF THERE PLAN IS TO
 HAVE ADDITIONAL OUTSIDE SEASONAL SEATING PLEASE SHOW ON
 THE PLANS.

 THERE IS A 14 FOOT ALLEY WAY, YOU CAN TAKE 7 FEET OF
 THE ALLEY WAY FOR OPENINGS BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION
 DISTANCE IN TABLE 705.8. OF THE FBC-B. FOR UNPROTECTED
 , SPRINKLERED YOU CAN HAVE 25 % ALLOWABLE OPENINGS FOR
 THIS SIDE OF THE BUILDING, THE WHOLE BUILDING NOT JUST
