| 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE OF |
| OCCUPANCY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT, THE FOUNTAINS |
| REQUIRED BY THE DESIGN GUIDELINES SHALL BE INSTALLED IN |
| ALL LAKE AREAS THAT SEPARATE THE DEVELOPMENT FROM THE |
| EXISTING RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS. |

| 5. THE USE OF THE STRUCTURE AS A MODEL DWELLING SHALL |
| NOT EXCEED TWO (2) YEARS (FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF |
| THE CO), UNLESS AN EXTENSION HAS BEEN GRANTED BY THE |
| PLANNING & ZONING ADMINISTRATOR. |

| 6. THE MODEL DWELLING SHALL BE NOT BE USED TO PROMOTE |
| THE SALE OF LOTS OR DWELLINGS NOT LOCATED IN THE |
