 THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN PASSED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
 PROVISOS:
  
 1. ALL REQUIRED LANDSCAPING FOR THE SUBJECT RESIDENCE
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED AS A SEPARATE PERMIT.
 NO PERMIT APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO DATE.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
 ALL LANDSCAPING FOR THE SUBJECT RESIDENCE SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS AND PASS
 INSPECTION.
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT, ALL COMMON AREA
 ELEMENTS (INCLUDING SIDEWALKS, LANDSCAPING, ENTRY,
 STREETSCAPE, CONGRESS AVENUE BUFFER, ETC.) SHALL BE
 INSTALLED (IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED/PERMITTED PLANS.
  
 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT, THE FOUNTAINS
 REQUIRED BY THE DESIGN GUIDELINES SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ALL LAKE AREAS THAT SEPARATE THE DEVELOPMENT FROM THE
 EXISTING RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS.
  
 5. THE USE OF THE STRUCTURE AS A MODEL DWELLING SHALL
 NOT EXCEED TWO (2) YEARS (FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF
 THE CO), UNLESS AN EXTENSION HAS BEEN GRANTED BY THE
 PLANNING & ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
  
 6. THE MODEL DWELLING SHALL BE NOT BE USED TO PROMOTE
 THE SALE OF LOTS OR DWELLINGS NOT LOCATED IN THE
 PROJECT.
  
 7. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
 AT LEAST FIVE (5) OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 8. THE MODEL DWELLING SHALL NOT BE ILLUMINATED (EXCEPT
 AS IS CUSTOMARY FOR A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) OR USED FOR
 ANY BUSINESS ACTIVITY LATER THAN 9:00PM.
