 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PERMIT NOR THE PLANS PROVIDE THE LOCATION , ON
 WHAT FLOOR THIS WORK IS TO OCCUR. THIS IS A HIGH-RISE
 BUILDING!
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED.
  
 2) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD NEEDS TO PROVIDE TO WHICH
 DESIGN METHOD WAS USED IN DESIGNING THE PLANS. 2014
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTION 301.1 GENERAL.
 THE REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION
 OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1
 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
  
 3) SHEET A1.01 THE DEMO NOTE # 4 INDICATES THE REMOVAL
 OF THE FINISH FLOOR IN THE ATHLETIC ROOM. THE FINISH
 FLOOR SCHEDULE INDICATES THE FINISH FLOOR TO BE ECORE
 COMMERCIAL/ECO FIR RUBBER FLOORING/ GRANITE RUN 905.
 THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT FLOOR THE WORK IS TO
 OCCUR. WHEN FLOORING IS ABOVE THE 1ST FLOOR THE CODE
 REQUIRES COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-B 1207.2 AIR-BORNE SOUND
 AND 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS PRODUCT.
 IT WOULD APPEAR SINCE THIS IS A FINISH FLOOR MATERIAL
 THE FLOOR CLASSIFICATION NEEDS TO BE ESTABLISHED TO BE
 EITHER A CLASS I OR II MATERIALS AND SHALL BE
 CLASSIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 253.
  
 804.3 TESTING AND IDENTIFICATION. INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH
 AND FLOOR COVERING MATERIALS SHALL BE TESTED BY AN
 AGENCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 253 AND IDENTIFIED BY A
 HANG TAG OR OTHER SUITABLE METHOD SO AS TO IDENTIFY THE
 MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER AND STYLE, AND SHALL INDICATE
 THE INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH OR FLOOR COVERING
 CLASSIFICATION ACCORDING TO SECTION 804.2.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
