 CODE: FBC 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 1- CLEARLY SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING BEDROOM
 WINDOWS AND TYPE AND SIZE OF PROPOSED BEDROOM WINDOWS
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. SEC.
 704 OF FBC-EXISTING BUILDING, 5TH EDITION (2014).
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. SIZES OF WINDOWS SHOWN ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET A-2 DON'T MATCH SIZES SHOWN ON THE
 EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS ON SHEET A-3. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH. MASTER BEDROOM AND BEDROOM #2 WINDOW SIZE SHOWN
 ON PLAN DON'T MATCH THOSE SHOWN ON THE ELEVATIONS.
 NOTE: THE ONLY WINDOW SIZES THAT COMPLY WITH ALL THE
 EGRESS REQUIREMENTS ARE THE 36" X 63" SINGLE HUNG
 WINDOW SPECIFIED FOR BEDROOM #2 ON THE EAST ELEVATION
 AND THE 36" X 72" SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS SPECIFIED FOR THE
 MASTER BEDROOM. THE OTHER WINDOW SIZES DON'T SEEM TO
 COMPLY WITH THE MIN. 24" CLEAR HEIGHT OPENING. REVISE
 PLANS AS REQUIRED.
  
 NOTE: ARCHITECT MAY BE CHARGED 4 TIMES THE PLAN REVIEW
 FEE AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE 553.80(2)(B) FOR
 MULTIPLE PLAN REVIEW REJECTIONS.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) EXTERIOR SWING DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. NOA
 01-0122.09 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON APRIL 25, 2007. NEED
 CURRENT NOA.
 RESPONSE: NO PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE SUBMITTED AFTER PERMIT IS ISSUED, BUT
 BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICT/DELAYS.
  
 3- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS
 (INCLUDING THE ONES THAT WERE ALREADY SUBMITTED) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 RESPONSE. REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 4- NEW SHEET T-1:
 A) THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE SPECIFIED UNDER THE LOCATION
 MAP IS INCORRECT. THIS IS A TYPE VB CONSTRUCTION NOT
 TYPE III. SEC. 602 FBC-5TH EDITION (2014).
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 B) AS REQUESTED ON PREVIOUS CHECKLIST THE SCOPE OF WORK
 WAS REVISED TO SAY ALTERATION LEVEL 3 INSTEAD OF LEVEL
 2. THIS WAS DONE, BUT THERE IS STILL REFERENCE FOR
 ALTERATION LEVEL 2 BELOW THE FRONT ELEVATION SHOWN ON
 THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THIS DRAWING. CLARIFY/REVISE
 AS REQUIRED TO MATCH THE SCOPE OF WORK. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 ****PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ****PLEASE INSERT ANY REVISED DRAWING AND REMOVE OLD
 DRAWING. DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS. SUBMIT OLD DRAWINGS
 FOR REFERENCE.
