 NOTE:
 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS THAT PERMIT MAY BE ISSUED AND CONTRACTOR WILL
 BRING REQUIRED INFORMATION PRIOR TO INSPECTIONS TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES MAY APPLY. THERE
 ARE NO FEES FOR PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTAL, EXCEPT FOR
 CHANGES IN PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE ALREADY
 APPROVED. CONTRACTOR TO ADVICE IN WRITING IF PROVISO
 OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME.
  
 1- BEDROOM #2 EGRESS WINDOWS. PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S
 CUT SHEETS SHOWING THAT THE SPECIFIED WINDOW SIZE
 COMPLIES WITH ALL THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. MANUFACTURER'S INFORMATION
 FOR THE SINGLE HUNG WINDOW WAS NOT SUBMITTED. PROVIDE
 INFORMATION SHOWING THE SPECIFIED SIZE OF WINDOW.
 UNABLE TO VERIFY ALL EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. ONLY
 INFORMATION FOR THE CASEMENT WINDOW WAS PROVIDED.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE THAT IS LISTED IN THE ROOF TILE
 NOA 16-0314.08 SUBMITTED. NOTE: CLEARLY SPECIFY PADDY
 SIZE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED ATTACHMENT
 RESISTANCE. COORDINATE WITH ROOF TILE NOA SUBMITTED.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. SAME NOA THAT WAS SUBMITTED
 THE FIRST TIME WAS RE-SUBMITTED. RTA-1 ADHESIVE NOA
 16-0315.03 IS NOT LISTED IN THE CONCRETE TILE NOA
 SUBMITTED. IF CONTRACTOR WANTS TO USE THE RTA-1, THEN
 PROVIDE COMPLETE PACKAGE FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL REVIEW
 AND APPROVAL. CONTACT ME FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
  
 B) SLIDING GLASS DOORS SHOWING THE SIZES SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. DRAWINGS (FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FL15726) SUBMITTED DON'T COVER THE SIZE OF
 DOOR #4. SEE MAXIMUM PANEL SIZE (+/- 5'-0" X 8'-0").
 AND, NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVAL,
 INCLUDING THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT
 CORRESPOND TO DRAWINGS SUBMITTED.
  
 C) EGRESS CASEMENT WINDOWS AS SPECIFIED FOR
 STUDY/BEDROOM. AND PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CUT SHEETS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
 RESPONSE: NO PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVAL, FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGES AND CORRESPONDING DRAWINGS.
  
 3- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO APPROVE ABOVE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE:
 ARCHITECT TO PLACE THE REVIEW STAMP ON THE FRONT OF THE
 COVER PAGE NOT ON THE BACK. THIS IS REQUIRED TO
 FACILITATE PROPER SCANNING OF ALL DOCUMENTS.
  
 4- VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO =+/- $200,000. THE
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. THE PERMIT FEE
 BALANCE IS $4,036.250.
 NOTE: VALUATION IS BASED ON THE FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR
 CONSTRUCTION. THE PROPOSED HOUSE HAS 2458 S.F. OF A/C
 AREA AND 440 S.F. OF NON A/C AREAS (GARAGE AND PORCH).
 WE USE THE ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA (AUG. 2017) AS A
 REFERENCE FOR BUILDING VALUATION. ACCORDING TO THE ICC
 BUILDING VALUATION DATA THE AVERAGE COST PER SQUARE
 FOOT TO BUILD A HOUSE IS $116.15 FOR A/C AREA AND
 $45.95 FOR NON A/C AREAS. BASED ON THIS NUMBERS THE
 AVERAGE VALUE TO BUILD THIS HOUSE IS $305,700. BASED ON
 THE PLANS SUBMITTED, THE EXISTING HOUSE IS ALMOST
 COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED INCLUDING THE ROOF. ONLY SOME
 EXTERIOR WALLS ARE LEFT STANDING. THAT'S WHY A
 CONSERVATIVE VALUE OF $200,000 WAS ESTIMATED. THIS IS
 AN AVERAGE OF $69 PER SQUARE FOOT TO REBUILD THIS
 HOUSE.
