 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. NOT RESPONSE AT ALL.
  
 2- ALL PLANS NEED THE ORIGINAL SIGNATURE (NOT COPY) OF
 THE ARCHITECT. FAC 61G1-16.003.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. ONLY THE SHEETS THAT WERE
 REVISED HAD THE ARCHITECT'S ORIGINAL SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE. OTHER SHEETS NEED TO HAVE THE ARCHITECT'S
 ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE AS WELL.
  
 3- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. R101.4.3
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014).
 RESPONSE: THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW OF THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS. THE FOLLOWING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED:
 A) FORM 405-2014 SUBMITTED NEEDS TO BE CERTIFIED AND
 DATED AT THE BOTTOM BY THE OWNER OR LEGALLY DESIGNATED
 AGENT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 B) COOLING AND HEATING INFORMATION DOESN'T MATCH
 INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS
 AND A/C PLAN. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. NOTE:
 COORDINATE WITH MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS. SEC.
 R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION
 (2014).
  
 C) PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING THE BUILDER NAME AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 D) PAGE 2 OF 4 SPECIFIES AN ATTIC VENT RATIO OF 1/300.
 TYPICALLY, THE VENT RATIO IS 1/150. ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
 DON'T SHOW ANY ATTIC VENTILATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 1/300 VENT RATIO. PERSON PREPARING THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW THE HOUSE IS TAKING THE
 1/300 VENTILATION RATIO AS REQUIRED BY THE EXCEPTION ON
 SEC. R806.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014). OR
 PERSON PREPARING THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO REVISE THE
 VENT RATIO AS REQUIRED.
  
 E) BUILDER TO COMPLETE THE ENERGY PERFORMANCE LEVEL
 (EPL) DISPLAY CARD. SEC. R405.4.3 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 NOTE:
 LABEL FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS SHOWING THE U-FACTOR AND
 SHGC FACTOR SPECIFIED ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS WILL
 BE REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION WHEN THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 ARE NOT USING THE DEFAULT FACTOR FOR GLAZING. AND,
 BLOWER DOOR TEST IS REQUIRED AFTER JULY 1, 2017.
  
 4- BEDROOM #2 EGRESS WINDOWS. PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S
 CUT SHEETS SHOWING THAT THE SPECIFIED WINDOW SIZE
 COMPLIES WITH ALL THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. MANUFACTURER'S INFORMATION
 WAS NOT SUBMITTED. PROVIDE INFORMATION SHOWING THE
 SPECIFIED SIZE OF WINDOW. UNABLE TO VERIFY ALL EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE THAT IS LISTED IN THE ROOF TILE
 NOA 16-0314.08 SUBMITTED. NOTE: CLEARLY SPECIFY PADDY
 SIZE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED ATTACHMENT
 RESISTANCE. COORDINATE WITH ROOF TILE NOA SUBMITTED.
  
 B) SLIDING GLASS DOORS SHOWING THE SIZES SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS.
 RESPONSE: DRAWINGS SUBMITTED DON'T COVER THE SIZE OF
 DOOR #4. SEE MAXIMUM PANEL SIZE. AND, NEED TO PROVIDE
 COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVAL, INCLUDING THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT CORRESPOND TO DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED.
  
 C) ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 RESPONSE: INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. PROVIDE
 THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT
 CORRESPONDS TO DRAWINGS SUBMITTED.
  
 D) FIXED WINDOWS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.

 E) EGRESS CASEMENT WINDOWS AS SPECIFIED FOR
 STUDY/BEDROOM. AND PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CUT SHEETS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO APPROVE ABOVE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE:
 ARCHITECT TO PLACE THE REVIEW STAMP ON THE FRONT OF THE
 COVER PAGE NOT ON THE BACK. THIS IS REQUIRED TO
 FACILITATE PROPER SCANNING OF ALL DOCUMENTS.
  
 7- THERE IS A RED TAG FOR DEMOLITION WORK WITHOUT
 PERMIT. PLEASE GET THE DEMOLITION PERMIT TO REVOKE
 EXPIRED DEMOLITION PERMIT APPLICATION # 16080126. SEC.
 105.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 8- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. REVISE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL WORK AND
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
 RESPONSE: PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT INCLUDING THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
