 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT (2300 N. JOG RD.).
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B" AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH
 EDITION (2014). REVISE DESIGN INFORMATION ON SHEET S1
 OR PROVIDE COMPLETE RATIONAL ANALYSIS FOR EACH WIND
 DIRECTIONS.
  
 3- REVISE ALL COMPONENTS AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES
 ON SHEET S1 AND A2 TO REFLECT DESIGN PRESSURES FOR
