 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 2) THERE IS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED BY BOTH
 BUILDING AND FIRE. THE OCCUPANCY IS DECLARED TO BE A S1
 OCCUPANCY, BUT THE TYPE OF BUSINESS, STORAGE OF
 COMBUSTIBLES HAS NOT BEEN DECLARED. WITH THE STORAGE OF
 MATTRESSES, (EXAMPLES) FURNITURE OR TIRES WITHIN THE
 RACK STORAGE, ADDITIONAL SPRINKLER HEADS MAYBE REQUIRED
 WITHIN THE RACKS THEMSELVES. THE EXISTING FIRE
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM MAYBE UNDER SIZED FOR THE AMOUNT OF
 COMBUSTIBLE FIRE LOADS.

 SHOWS THERE IS TO BE RACK STORAGE BUT THE PLANS DO NOT
 PROVIDE HOW HIGH THE RACK STORAGE WILL BE? THE 2014
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS
 TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 SECTION 105.2 (6) REQUIRES A PERMIT FOR RACK STORAGE
 WHEN THE RACKS ARE FIXED IN PLACE AND THE RACKS ARE
 OVER 5 FOOT 9 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
  
 3) A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE RACK
 STORAGE BUT UNTIL THE TYPES OF RACKS, HEIGHT OF RACKS,
 IF THE RACKS HAS AERIAL WALKWAYS, FLOOR OF GRID WORK
 STEEL, STAIRS, AND THE TYPE OF COMBUSTIBLE IN THE
 RACKS, TO MANY UNKNOWNS TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR THE S1
 OCCUPANCY. FBC-B 903.2.9.

 ALSO INDICATES MOST OF THE WAREHOUSE TO BE PALLET
 STORAGE. THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE HOW HIGH THE PALLETS
 ARE TO BE STORED. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
