 APPROVED THE USE OF FLAME BAR UNDER 104.11.1 ALTERNATE
 MATERIALS AND METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE REPLACING
 SHAFT CONSTRUCTION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WHERE THE
 PLANS SHOW DROPPED CEILINGS IN THE STAIRWELL LANDINGS.
 THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE PART OF THIS APPROVAL AS
 DISCUSSED IN THE LAST MEETING AND WILL BE FURTHER
 APPROVAL AND EVALUATION BY THE BRISTOL TEAM AND TO BE
 REVIEWED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL ROBERT BROWN.
  
 4B) PROVISO: SHAFT WALLS AND CHASE WALLS TO COMPLY WITH
 2010 FBC-B 1207.2 AIR-BORNE SOUND. WALLS, PARTITIONS
 AND FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES SEPARATING DWELLING UNITS
 FROM EACH OTHER OR FROM PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREAS SHALL
 HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN
 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) FOR AIR-BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 90.
  
 5) PROVISO: RESPONSE INDICATES THE ROOFING COMPOSITION
 IS STILL PENDING TO BE PROVIDED AT A LATER TIME AS A
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL. 107.3.4.2. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH
