 BE BUILT IN LOT 12. THE PROPOSED ADDRESS FOR LOT 12 IS
 749 TALLAPOOSA STREET. REVISE ADDRESS ON PLANS TO
 REFLECT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. 745 TALLAPOOSA STREET IS
 FOR THE HOUSE TO BE BUILT IN LOT 11. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 2- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN ( 2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R401.3 FBC -RESIDENTIAL.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 3- ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) PROVIDE CORRECT INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM. THE
 ADDRESS NEEDS TO BE COORDINATED WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 NOTE:
 LABEL FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS SHOWING THE U-FACTOR AND
 SHGC FACTOR SPECIFIED ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS WILL
 BE REQUIRED WHEN THE CALCULATIONS ARE NOT USING THE
 SOFTWARE DEFAULT FACTOR FOR GLAZING.
  
 4- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.)
 FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED
 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
