 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) SPECIFY THE DESIGN DATA ON THE PLANS. PROVIDE THE
 APPLICABLE CODES, OCCUPANCY TYPE AND TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION. FBC-R301
  
 2) FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 3) FBC-R314.3.1 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHEN ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
  
 4) PROVIDE A DETAIL SHOWING HOW THE MASTER BEDROOM WALL
 WILL BE FILLED IN WHEN THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS
 REMOVED. FBC-R601
  
 5) THE PROPOSED FAMILY ROOM THAT IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 IS CURRENTLY A SCREENED PORCH. THE INSTALLATION OF THE
 SLIDING GLASS DOORS AT THE EXTERIOR OF THE SCREEN PORCH
 ( UNDER PERMIT # 17060843 ) AND THE PROPOSED REMOVAL OF
 THE DOORS BETWEEN THE PORCH AND THE EXISTING LIVING
 SPACE WILL CONVERT THE PORCH TO CONDITIONED SPACE. FBC
 ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION R101.4.5 REQUIRES ANY
 UNCONDITIONED SPACE THAT IS ALTERED TO BECOME
 CONDITIONED SPACE TO BE BROUGHT INTO FULL COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE ENERGY CODE. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF FORMS AND
 DOCUMENTS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
 SECTION R103.
  
 6) SHOW THE EXTERIOR WALL AND CEILING INSULATION FOR
 THE ENCLOSED PORCH ( PROPOSED FAMILY ROOM ) ON THE
 PLANS. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION 402.
  
 7) THE PLANS INDICATE THAT PREVIOUSLY UNCONDITIONED
 SPACE IS BEING CONVERTED TO HABITABLE SPACE. PROVIDE
 AREA TABULATIONS ON THE PLANS TO SHOW THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF EXISTING AND PROPOSED CONDITIONED AND
 UNCONDITIONED AREAS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 8) THE PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED BY PALM BEACH
 COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEES. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT
 CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY. UPON APPROVAL, ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED
 OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT
 FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A
 COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE

 9) THE VALUATION FOR THIS WORK APPEARS TO BE LOW.
 SUBMIT A COPY OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT. FBC 109.3
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE
 WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 10) THE PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED DO NOT SHOW THE
 REQUIRED EGRESS WINDOW FOR BEDROOM #2. CLARIFY. FBC -
 R310
  
 11) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
