 AND THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES. THE 2012
 IBC COMMENTARY STATES FOR A 34 INCH DOOR WITH THE DOOR
 THICKNESS (1 ? INCHES) AND THE DOOR STOP ON THE
 OPPOSITE SIDE THERE IS NOT A CLEAR 32 INCHES. IN
 SECTION 1008.1.1.1 PROJECTIONS INTO THE CLEAR OPENING
 THE CODE STATES WHAT CAN BE DEDUCTED FOR CLEARANCE INTO
 THE CLEAR OPENING. FAIR HOUSING ALLOWS FOR THE
 CLEARANCE OF THE DOOR STOP FOR EGRESS REQUIREMENTS THE
 CODE DOES NOT. PLEASE NOTE IF THE DESIGNER INTENDS TO
 USE OFF-SET HINGES PLEASE INDICATE AS SUCH AND PROVIDE
 MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATION HOW MUCH THIS TYPE HINGE
 WILL THROUGH THE DOOR FOR CLEAR WIDTH?

 VOID WHERE THE EXHAUST DUCT WILL PENETRATE THE ROOF

 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES

 THE TABLES, ANCHORS AND UPLIFT VERSES MOMENT. IDENTIFY

 THIS CODE.
 908.7.1 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM.
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 908.7 SHALL BE SATISFIED BY
