 1- PROVIDE COMPLETE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS NOT
 JUST THE SUMMARY SHEET. CALCULATIONS TO BE DONE BASED
 ON THE ACTUAL ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION
 (2014).
  
 2- EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED ARE MISSING
 EQUIPMENT INFORMATION. SPECIFY THE COIL MODEL AND THE
 AHRI REFERENCE NUMBER. ALSO, PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURER
 AND MODEL INFORMATION ABOUT THE HEATING EQUIPMENT. SEC.
 R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 3- A/C PLAN TO SHOW ALL THE EQUIPMENT INFORMATION.
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2 ABOVE. SEC. 107.3.5.3(10) CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- A/C PLAN TO HAVE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- CONDENSING UNIT MOUNTING DETAIL ON SHEET 7.1:
 CLARIFY FASTENING OF THE UNIT TO THE CONCRETE SLAB.
 PROVIDE DETAIL SHOWING HOW THE 3/8" BOLTS ARE ATTACHED
 TO THE BASE OF THE UNIT. SPECIFY HOW MUCH EMBEDMENT
 INTO THE CONCRETE SLAB IS REQUIRED FOR THE 3//8" SLEEVE
 ANCHORS. CLEARLY SPECIFY NUMBER OF FASTENER REQUIRED ON
 EACH SIDE. CLARIFY WHY ONLY SPECIFYING FASTENERS ON TWO
 SIDES OF THE UNIT. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING THAT
 FASTENING ON ONLY TWO SIDES IS ADEQUATE TO RESIST THE
 WIND LOADS. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 ****PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER CLEARLY SPECIFYING
 HOW EACH COMMENT IS ADDRESSED TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW
 PROCESS.
