| SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN AMENDMENT TO THE HOME |
| DEPOT CPD. THE TYPE OF AMENDMENT IS DETERMINED BY THE |
| CRITERIA IN SEC. 94-207(E) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND |
| LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT |
| ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE MAY IMPACT THE PARKING |
| REQUIREMENTS, AS WELL AS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC |

| 6. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THE AWNINGS PROPOSED ON THE |
| ?TENANT 2? SPACE ARE OF A DIFFERENT MATERIAL THAN THE |
| REST OF THE BUILDING. IT IS STAFF?S DIRECTION THAT |
| THESE AWNINGS SHOULD BE OF THE SAME MATERIAL AND STYLE. |
| IF THE AWNING OVER THE OUTDOOR SEATING NEEDS TO CONSIST |
| OF A FABRIC MATERIAL, THEN IT SHOULD HAVE A PLAIN |
| VALENCE (NOT SCALLOPED) TO MATCH THE OVERALL STYLE OF |
| THE BUILDING. |

| 7. ACCORDING TO THE ELEVATIONS AND ELECTRICAL PLAN, ALL |
| OF THE METERS ARE SHOWN ON THE EAST ELEVATION OF THE |
| BUILDING. STAFF WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS HOW THESE CAN BE |
| SCREENED FROM VIEW THROUGH LANDSCAPING, PAINTING OF THE |
