 TURNING LANES ADJACENT TO OR ACROSS FROM THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY.
  
  E. THE OUTLINES OF ALL BUILDINGS SHOWING THEIR
 PROPOSED USES, SETBACKS, DIMENSIONS, FLOOR AREA, NUMBER

 COVERAGE & IMPERMEABLE SURFACE.

  VI. DENSITY AND NUMBER OF DWELLING UNITS
 (RESIDENTIAL).
  
  VII. PARKING COMPUTATIONS (PARKING REQUIRED,
 PROVIDED, ETC.)
  
  VIII. FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR).
  
 3. PURSUANT TO THE HOME DEPOT COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (CPD) DEVELOPMENT ORDER (RESOLUTION NO.
 101-17), THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT:
  
  A. AN EASEMENT ABANDONMENT MUST BE FILED AND APPROVED
 BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH FOR THE SIX (6) FOOT
 UTILITY EASEMENT (PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 13) THAT IS
 LOCATED BENEATH THE PROPOSED BUILDING.
  
  B. THE FINAL PLACEMENT, ANGLE, AND SIZE OF THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY
 THE CITY?S PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE
 WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PETER BIENIEK, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
 WORKS, OR OTHER AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL. MR. BIENIEK MAY

 4. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED. TWO
 (2) COPIES OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION WITH A PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE
 ADDRESSED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 (PER RESOLUTION NO. 101-17):
  
  A. LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS SHALL BE INDICATED TO
 PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS
 INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS,
 AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE
 ROOTS.
  
  B. TREES/PALMS SHOWN DIRECTLY ON TOP OF THE WATER
 SERVICE AND SEWER LINE SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS AND ADD ROOT BARRIERS WHERE NEEDED.
  
 5. THE BUILDING APPROVED VIA RESOLUTION NO. 101-17
 CONSISTED OF 15,030 GROSS SQUARE FEET; THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATES THAT THE BUILDING IS PROPOSED TO
 BE 15,064 SQUARE FEET. ANY INCREASE IN SQUARE FOOTAGE
 SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN AMENDMENT TO THE HOME
 DEPOT CPD. THE TYPE OF AMENDMENT IS DETERMINED BY THE
 CRITERIA IN SEC. 94-207(E) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE MAY IMPACT THE PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS, AS WELL AS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC
 CONCURRENCY APPROVALS FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 6. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THE AWNINGS PROPOSED ON THE
 ?TENANT 2? SPACE ARE OF A DIFFERENT MATERIAL THAN THE
 REST OF THE BUILDING. IT IS STAFF?S DIRECTION THAT
 THESE AWNINGS SHOULD BE OF THE SAME MATERIAL AND STYLE.
 IF THE AWNING OVER THE OUTDOOR SEATING NEEDS TO CONSIST
 OF A FABRIC MATERIAL, THEN IT SHOULD HAVE A PLAIN
 VALENCE (NOT SCALLOPED) TO MATCH THE OVERALL STYLE OF
 THE BUILDING.
  
 7. ACCORDING TO THE ELEVATIONS AND ELECTRICAL PLAN, ALL
 OF THE METERS ARE SHOWN ON THE EAST ELEVATION OF THE
 BUILDING. STAFF WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS HOW THESE CAN BE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW THROUGH LANDSCAPING, PAINTING OF THE
 EQUIPMENT, ETC. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS.
