 1. ADDITIONAL/SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR FENCES,
 POOLS, POOL EQUIPMENT, LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION AND DRIVEWAY
  
 2. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZONING CODE ("ZLDR"): MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A
 REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3. FOR LANDSCAPING YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS, YOU CAN SUBMIT
 A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PLAN WITH
 TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDR, OR YOU CAN
 SUBMIT FOR A CONDITIONAL LANDSCAPE APPROVAL
 APPLICATION, IN WHICH YOU WOULD HAVE TO SUBMIT FOR
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND PASS THE FINAL LANDSCAPE
 INSPECTION PRIOR TO ISSUSANCE OF CO. FOR THE
 CONDITIONAL LANDSCAPE APPROVAL APPLICATION, PLEASE
 CONTACT ME.
  
 GENERAL LANDSCAPING STANDARDS FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING OR FRUIT
 TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF
 OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR
 EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
