 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS?
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE
 PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS REVIEW.
  
  
  
  
 1) 2ND REQUEST THE VALUES STATED ARE EXTREMELY LOW FOR
 THE VALUE STATED AND THE SCOPE OF WORK. 108.3 IS FOR
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDER
 ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISHES, NORMAL SITE
 WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS),
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COST, OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT.
 I?VE SPOKEN WITH THE CHIEF PLUMBING INSPECTOR AND FOR
 THE REPLACEMENT OF T FIXTURES, REMOVAL, DISPOSAL, LABOR
 TO BRING THE NEW FIXTURES TO THE TENANT UNIT, UNPACK
 SET AND INSTALL NEW VALVES, SPOUT, HANDLES, SHOWER
 HEADS, PLUS LABOR AND OVERHEAD A MINIMUM OF $2,500.00
 PER UNIT WOULD BE A MINIMUM VALUE WE WOULD ACCEPT WE
 BELIEVE THE ACTUAL VALUE IS $3,500.00 PER UNIT.
 IN REGARDS TO THE VALUE STATED FOR THE REMOVAL &
 INSTALLATION OF LIGHT FIXTURES, THE $25.00 DOLLARS
 STATED IS THE AVERAGE WAGE FOR AN ELECTRICIAN, NOT THE
 VALUE THE CONTRACTOR CHARGES, THE RATE CHARGED CAN BE
 AS HIGH AS $90.00 DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY AND TYPE
 OF JOB. WE WILL USE $75.00 FOR THE AVERAGE RATE FOR AN
 ELECTRICIAN, PLEASE PROVIDE THE CUT SHEETS FOR
 FIXTURES, COST OF THE FIXTURE AND BULB. . FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK
 (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL

 MORE THAN 200.

 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
 MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPREAD OF FLAME VERSUS TIME FOR A
 MATERIAL TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84 OR UL 723.
