 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 2- SPECIFY ON PLANS CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS LOCATION FOR
 ALL THE BEDROOMS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R315.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 3- SPECIFY ON PLANS GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R318.5 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- SPECIFY ON PLANS ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R806 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- SPECIFY ON PLANS COMPLIANCE WITH THE WOOD DECAY
 PROTECTION OF ALL THE FLOOR FRAMING MEMBERS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R317.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- SPECIFY ON WALL SECTIONS COMPLIANCE WITH THE 6"
 CLEARANCE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R318.7 FOR TERMITE
 INSPECTION. REVISE ALL WALL SECTIONS ON SHEET S3 AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS FOR NEW DOORS AND
 WINDOWS. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS AND CONNECTORS.

 8-WALLS SECTION ON SHEET S3:
 A) SPECIFY ALL CONNECTORS OF ALL FRAMING MEMBERS TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE LOAD PATH AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R601.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. HOW ARE THE STUDS CONNECTED TO
 THE TOP AND BOTTOM PLATES?. SPECIFY CONNECTORS IN ALL
 THE WALL SECTIONS. ALSO, PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING CONNECTORS FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE CRICKETS, SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) SPECIFY THE RISER AND TREAD DIMENSION ON SECTION
 4/S3. SEC. R311.7.5 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL SHOWING HOW THE SIMPSON
 "SP1" CONNECTOR IS INSTALLED TO HOLD THE FLOOR JOISTS.
 IT LOOKS LIKE THIS CONNECTOR MAY NO WORK IN THIS
 APPLICATION. REVISE ALL WALLS SECTIONS AS REQUIRED.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 D) THE ORIENTATION OF THE FLOOR JOIST SHOWN ON SECTIONS
 3/S3 AND 4/S3 DON'T MATCH FOUNDATION PLAN. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 E) WALL SECTION 2/S3: PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 CONNECTION OF NEW 12"X12" SPREAD FOOTING TO THE
 EXISTING FOOTING. SEC. R401.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 F) PROVIDE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR FLASHING IN
 ALL AREAS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.8 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 9- ROOFING MATERIAL IS NOT CLEAR. MATERIALS AND COLOR
 INFORMATION ON SHEET SP-1 AND WEST ELEVATION ON SHEET
 A-4 CALL FOR SHINGLES TO MATCH EXISTING SHINGLES. BUT,
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FL7804-R9 SUBMITTED IS FOR CONCRETE
 ROOF TILE. PRODUCT APPROVAL AND SPECIFICATIONS NEED TO
 MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE: IF USING
 CONCRETE TILE, THEN SPECIFY IF EXISTING HOUSE IS GOING
 TO RECEIVE CONCRETE TILE ALSO. AND, PROVIDE ENGINEERING
 ANALYSIS SHOWING THAT THE EXISTING STRUCTURE IS
 ADEQUATE TO RECEIVE THE ADDITIONAL CONCRETE TILE LOAD.
 SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 10- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) ROOF SHINGLES. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH ITEM #9 ABOVE.
  
 B) ROOF UNDERLAYMENT. FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FL5259-R25 SUBMITTED WAS REVISED. PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF
 REVISED PRODUCT APPROVAL FL5259-R26 AND CLEARLY MARK
 WHICH SPECIFIC UNDERLAYMENT IS GOING TO BE USED.
  
 C) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE AS HIGHLIGHTED ON ROOF TILE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH ITEM
 #9 ABOVE.
  
 D) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS, DETAILS AND WALL SECTIONS. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR. OR DESIGNER OF RECORD TO LIST THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NEXT TO EACH SPECIFIED
 CONNECTOR.
  
 11- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ABOVE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 ***PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ***PLEASE INSERT ANY REVISED DRAWING AND REMOVE OLD
 DRAWING. DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS WITH NEW SET OF
 PLANS. SUBMIT OLD DRAWINGS FOR REFERENCE.
