| WINDS IS PREFERRED BY THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT SO |
| THAT CITY ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE WILL NOT BE ADVERSELY |
| AFFECTED. PLEASE CONSIDER A RE-DESIGN TO ALLOW FOR |
| REMOVAL IN THE EVENT OF FORECASTED HIGH WINDS. FOR |
| EXAMPLE, IF THE INTENT IS TO REMOVE PRIOR TO FORECASTED |
