 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO: PROVISO
 MEANS THAT CONTRACTOR MAY SUBMIT REQUIRED REVISED
 INFORMATION AFTER THE PERMIT IS ISSUED, BUT BEFORE ANY
 INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. CONTRACTOR TO
 ADVICE IF THE PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME.
 REVISION FEES APPLY.
  
  
 1- NEW ENERGY CALCULATIONS FORM 405-2014 SUBMITTED:
 A) PERSON PREPARING THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS IS TAKING
 THE "WHOLE HOUSE FAN OPTION". IN ORDER TO TAKE THIS
 CREDIT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R405.7.5 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014) MUST BE MET.
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS DON'T SHOW ANY INFORMATION FOR
 WHOLE HOUSE FAN. PERSON PREPARING THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
 NOTE: THIS INFORMATION IS ONLY REQUIRED WHEN THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS ARE TAKING ANY CREDITS ON ITEM #15.
  
 B) DOORS INFORMATION SHOWN ON PAGE 3 OF 4 DOESN'T MATCH
 PLANS. CLARIFY WHICH INSULATED DOORS ARE LOCATED EAST
 AND WEST. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH PLANS AND PRODUCT
 APPROVALS SUBMITTED. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY

 SEC. R806 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014). REVISED
 WALL SECTION IS MISSING THIS INFORMATION. SPECIFY VENT
 SIZE AND SPACING.
  
 3- TRUSS PACKAGE SUBMITTED;
 A) MISSING THE TRUSS LAYOUT. NOTE: TRUSS LAYOUT AND
 ARCHITECT'S ROOF FRAMING PLAN NEED TO MATCH. SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. PROVIDE TRUSS LAYOUT.
  
 B) ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 TRUSS PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE. SEC.
