 NO MECHANICAL INFORMATION WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE FIRST
 REVIEW. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME MECHANICAL INFORMATION
 IS SUBMITTED.
  
 1- A/C DRAWING SUBMITTED HAS A COPY OF THE ARCHITECT'S
 SEAL AND SIGNATURE. A/C PLANS NEEDS TO HAVE THE
 ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE OF THE ARCHITECT SHOWN ON
 THE TITLE BLOCK AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481 F.S. WHEN
 SUBMITTING DRAWINGS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
  
 2- THE LEISURE ROOM NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE BALANCED
 RETURN AIR SECTION M1602.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. 5TH EDITION
 (2014). REVISE A/C PLAN AS REQUIRED.
  
 3- IT LOOKS LIKE THE RETURN AIR GRILL SHOWN ON THE
 LIVING ROOM IS TOO CLOSE TO THE EXISTING FIREPLACE. IT
 LOOKS LIKE IT'S LESS THAN 10 FEET. THIS IS A PROHIBITED
 LOCATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. M1602.2

 4- EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) PLAN FOR A/C SUBMITTED SHOWS THAT AIR IS DISTRIBUTED
 TO ALL ROOMS, INCLUDING THE LEISURE ROOM. CALCULATIONS
 SUBMITTED DON'T INCLUDE THIS ROOM. REVISE AS REQUIRED
 TO MATCH PLAN. SEC. R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION,
 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 B) CFM'S SHOWN ON THE CALCULATIONS DON'T MATCH CFM
 SHOWN ON A/C PLAN. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC.
 R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 C) SIZE OF ROOMS AND AREA OF ROOMS DON'T MATCH PLANS.
 REVISE AS REQUIRE TO MATCH. SEC. R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY

 PROVIDE INFORMATION SHOWING THAT THE EXISTING WINDOWS
 HAVE THE SPECIFIED FACTORS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH
 PLANS. SEC. R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 E) PAGE OF 12 OF CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED SPECIFY NATURAL
 GAS FURNACE AS THE HEATING SYSTEM. PLANS DON'T SHOW ANY
 NATURAL GAS FURNACE. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH PLANS.
