 EXISTING GARAGE DOOR OPENING TO BE CLOSED. SEE PLANS

 EGRESS WINDOW. AND, PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CUT SHEETS
 FOR THE SPECIFIED SIZE (24EH) TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 ALSO, REVISE THE WINDOW EGRESS NOTE SHOWN ON SHEET A-2
 BELOW THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN. THE CODE TO BE
 REFERENCED FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES IS THE
 RESIDENTIAL CODE NOT THE BUILDING CODE. THE CORRECT
 SEC. IS R310. ALSO, IS MISSING THE MINIMUM HEIGHT
 DIMENSION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL. NO
 INFORMATION WAS SUBMITTED TO VERIFY EGRESS WINDOW
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 4- NEW MASTER BEDROOM: PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 INSULATION IN WALLS. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. SEC. R103.2
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 RESPONSE: CONCRETE BLOCK WALL INSULATION R-VALUE IS NOT
 SPECIFIED. COORDINATE WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) NEW SWING DOOR AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS FOR THE NEW
 LEISURE ROOM.
 RESPONSE: PROVIDE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE
 THAT CORRESPONDS TO DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. IF THERE IS NOT
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL OR MIAMI-DADE NOA, THEN
 MANUFACTURER MAY APPLY FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 COMPLETE ORIGINAL ENGINEERED PACKAGE WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 B) THE WINDOWS IN THE NEW LEISURE ROOM NEED TO HAVE
 HURRICANE IMPACT PROTECTION AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R301.2.1.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SHOW COMPLIANCE. IF THE
 WINDOWS ARE NON-IMPACT, THEN SHUTTERS ARE REQUIRED. IF
 SHUTTERS ARE REQUIRED, THEN, PROVIDE SHUTTERS PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AND COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SEE CITY
 SAMPLE.
  
 6- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ( NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: PLEASE PLACE REVIEW STAMP ON THE COVER OF THE

 8- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL THE LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. REVISE VALUATION AS REQUIRED AND INCLUDE
 THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.

 9- PROVIDE COPIES OF TESTING DONE FOR 3M SAFETY FILM.
 WINDOWS IN THE LEISURE ROOM BY THE NEW WASHER/DRYER

 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
