 DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK AS WELL
 AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
  
 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND

 JOIST AT 16 INCHES ON CENTER. PLEASE REVIEW THE
 VERTICAL DIMENSION I BELIEVE IT IS MISLABELED, A TYPO,
 PLEASE CORRECT. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 3C) PLEASE PROVIDE HOW A PERSON IN A WHEEL CHAIR IS
 GOING TO ACHIEVE ACCESS TO THE CHAIR ON THE PLATFORM.

 ELEMENTS OR SPACES OR COMMON AREAS ARE ALTERED, EACH
 ALTERED ELEMENT, SPACE OR AREA SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 2 AND SECTION
 201.1.1.
 2014 ACCESS. CODE. 201.1.1 VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY.
 SECTIONS 553.501-553.513, F.S., AND THE ADA STANDARDS
 FOR ACCESSIBLE DESIGN DO NOT RELIEVE THE OWNER OF ANY
 BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR FACILITY GOVERNED BY THOSE
 SECTIONS FROM THE DUTY TO PROVIDE VERTICAL
 ACCESSIBILITY TO ALL LEVELS ABOVE AND BELOW THE
 OCCUPIABLE GRADE LEVEL REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE
 STANDARDS REQUIRE AN ELEVATOR TO BE INSTALLED IN SUCH
 BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR FACILITY.
  
 4) THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT MAY BE INCREASED BECAUSE OF
 THE REQUIRED, INTAKE AND EXHAUST AIR, FRAMING AND ROOF
 TOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. WITH THE INCREASED VALUE THE
 VALUE OF THE PROJECT WILL BE OVER $2,500.00 IN VALUE
 REQUIRING NOTARIZED SIGNATURE THE CONTRACTOR.
  
 5) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE TRYING TO MAKE ANY
 ACCESSIBLE UPGRADES PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING:

 202.4.3 SERIES OF SMALLER ALTERATIONS. THE OBLIGATION
 TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL MAY NOT BE
 EVADED BY PERFORMING A SERIES OF SMALL ALTERATIONS TO
 THE AREA SERVED BY A SINGLE PATH OF TRAVEL IF THOSE
 ALTERATIONS COULD HAVE BEEN PERFORMED AS A SINGLE
 UNDERTAKING.
  
 202.4.3.1 IF AN AREA CONTAINING A PRIMARY FUNCTION HAS
 BEEN ALTERED WITHOUT PROVIDING AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL TO THAT AREA, AND SUBSEQUENT ALTERATIONS OF THAT
 AREA, OR A DIFFERENT AREA ON THE SAME PATH OF TRAVEL,
 ARE UNDERTAKEN WITHIN THREE YEARS OF THE ORIGINAL
 ALTERATION, THE TOTAL COST OF ALTERATIONS TO THE
 PRIMARY FUNCTION AREAS ON THAT PATH OF TRAVEL DURING
 THE PRECEDING THREE YEAR PERIOD SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN
 DETERMINING WHETHER THE COST OF MAKING THAT PATH OF

 BE COUNTED AS EXPENDITURES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN

 ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN
