 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) A SECTION OF THIS STRUCTURE HAS A SECOND FLOOR WITH
 A MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF 25 FEET. THEREFORE, THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT FOR THE RE-ROOFING IS 25 FEET. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE D WITH A 132 MPH
 VASD WINDSPEED. THE ROOF PITCH IS 5/12 AND THE MEAN
 ROOF HEIGHT IS 25 FEET. THE UPLIFT IN ROOF ZONE THREE
 (CORNERS) IS 119 PSF. INDICATE THE UNDERLAYMENT
 INSTALLATION METHOD AND IT'S MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE
 FROM THE ONES LISTED IN THE PRODCUT APPROVAL. SEE
 SECTION 5.6.4 ON PAGE 6 OF PRODUCT APPROVAL FL5259-R25.

 3) THE MITIGATION LETTER SHOULD BE SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER (LICENSED CONTRACTOR) FOR THE COMPANY.
 HOWEVER, IN THIS CASE YOU WILL NEED TO RE-EVALUATE YOUR
 LETTER. THE SECOND FLOOR PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE WAS
 ADDED IN 1996 AND COMPLIES WITH SECTION 708.8.1 OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE FOR ROOF TO WALL CONNECTIONS.
 THE ONE STORY PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE WAS BUILT IN
 1960 AND MAY NOT MEET THE ROOF TO WALL CONNECTION
 REQUIREMENTS. THEREFORE, ONLY THE GABLE END OF THE
 LOWER ROOF WOULD NEED TO BE EVALUATED AND RETROFITTED
 FOR ROOF TO WALL CONNECTIONS. SEE FBC EXISTING BUILDING
 SECTION 708.8.1.3 OR 708.8.1.4 FOR THE PRESCRIPTIVE
 METHOD FOR ATTACHMENT OF THE RAFTERS OR TRUSSES FOR
 GABLE ROOFS ON WOOD FRAME OR MASONRY WALLS WITHIN 6
 FEET OF THE CORNERS.
