 CODE 402.2 COMPONENTS. ACCESSIBLE ROUTES SHALL CONSIST
 OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS: WALKING
 SURFACES WITH A RUNNING SLOPE NOT STEEPER THAN 1:20,
 DOORWAYS, RAMPS, CURB RAMPS EXCLUDING THE FLARED SIDES,
 ELEVATORS, AND PLATFORM LIFTS. ALL COMPONENTS OF AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 4 AND 208.3.1.
  
 6) PLEASE SUBMIT A SITE PLAN AND SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE WHERE THE
 OCCUPANT WILL BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FROM THE VEHICLE TO THE
 FRONT ENTRY. ACCESS. CODE 502.2 VEHICLE SPACES. EACH
 PARKING SPACE MUST BE AT LEAST 12 FEET (3658 MM) WIDE,
 SHALL BE MARKED TO DEFINE THE WIDTH, AND SHALL HAVE AN
 ADJACENT ACCESS AISLE COMPLYING WITH 502.3.
  
 7) SHEET A-501 DETAIL # 9 NEW CURB AT EXISTING ROOF.
 THIS APPEARS TO BE A NEW ROOF TOP OPENING THAT WILL BE
 CUT INTO THE CONCRETE ROOF DECK. THERE IS NO DETAILS AS
 TO REQUIRED REINFORCEMENT NOR LOCATION IN REGARDS TO
 THE CONCRETE JOIST. THE DETAIL WILL ALSO NEED TO
 PROVIDE A WIND ANALYSIS FOR THE ANCHORING OF THE CURB
 TO THE ROOF DECK AS WELL AS THE RTU TO THE CURB. 2014
 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
