 WAVE CREST OF 7.5 NAVD88 AT TRANSECT 10, LOCATED ON THE
 SHORELINE OF LAKE WORTH IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH,
 BETWEEN 23RD STREET AND PICCADILLY STREET
  
 THE MAP SHOWS A 7' BFE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PARCEL,
 BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FIS IS TO BE USED AS THE MAP
 USES ROUNDING.
  
 THE SUBJECT PARCEL IS LOCATED BETWEEN THESE TWO
 TRANSECTS; DESIGNER MAY INTERPOLATE. PLEASE BE ADVISED
 THAT AS OF OCTOBER 5, 2017 THE FREEBOARD WILL LIKELY BE
 2'; IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THIS STRUCTURE BE DESIGNED
 WITH A 2' FREEBOARD.
