 1. THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD
 AREA.
  
 A9.4 NOTE 1 STATES THAT ALL SPOT ELEVATIONS ARE TO THE
 TOP OF THE CIP CONCRETE. REVISE PLAN TO INCORPORATE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT UTILIZING NGVD29 DATUM TO CORRELATE
 WITH THE CIVIL SHEETS OR PROPOSED STRUCTURES' ABILITY
 TO RESIST FLOOD LOADS.
  
 SEE FBC B 1612.4. ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO FINISHED FLOOR
 REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTRY FEATURES (NOT A BUILDING),
 THE PROPOSED NEW STRUCTURES ARE TO EITHER BE ELEVATED
 TO >=13' NGVD29 OR BE DESIGNED TO RESIST FLOOD LOADS.
 REVISE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. IF EOR/AOR ELECT TO REQUIRE A
 MINIMUM ELEVATION, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE
 REQUIREMENT BE INCORPORATED INTO BOTH A AND S SHEETS.
  
 2. I AM UNABLE TO LOCATE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA ON THE
 PLAN, FBC 1609. REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE THE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA FOR THE NEW ENTRY FEATURES PROPOSED OR ADVISE
 WHERE THIS CAN BE LOCATED.
  
 3. PROVISO, THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED AT APPLICANT'S
 RISK; ENGINEERING OR PRODUCT APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR THE
 PRECAST; PROVIDE AT INSPECTION OR (SUBJECT TO
 INSPECTOR'S DISCRETION) SUBMIT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 4. FBC A 903.3, PLAN SHOWS 20" DEEP; NOTE THAT THIS IS
 A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT AN CANNOT BE REDUCED IN THE
 FIELD; TO AVOID FIELD ISSUES, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO
 REVISE PLAN TO NOTE REQUIREMENT.
  
 5. FBC A 903.2, REVISE PLAN TO SHOW CLEAR GROUND SPACE
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 6. FBC A 903.4, PLAN SHOWS 18" HIGH FOR WALL (BACK)
 BEHIND BENCH; NOTE THAT THIS IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
 AND CANNOT BE REDUCED IN THE FIELD. IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW
 THE DECORATIVE WALL WILL AFFECT USE OF THAT PORTION OF
 THE WALL AS A BACK. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE 18"
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT BE INCORPORATED INTO THE PLAN TO
 AVOID FIELD ISSUES.
  
 7. 4-A9.1, A PORTION OF THE TEXT IS NOT LEGIBLE; PLEASE
 ADJUST, FBC 107.
