 PROJECT FOR THE INSPECTORS TO LOCATE THE JOBSITE.

 DOCUMENTS CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED.

 1. FLOOR PLAN TO INDICATE THE OCCUPANCY TYPE FOR THE
 ADJOINING TENANTS/ OCCUPANCY SEPARATION FBC-B
 TABLE 503.
 2.OCCUPANCY GROUP.
 3. MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED
 (SEE TABLE 503).
 5. IS THE BUILDING FIRE SPRINKLERED OR NOT.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE AN INTERIOR DEMOLITION PLAN FOR THIS
 TENANT SPACE, INDICATE AREAS TO BE DEMOLISHED.
 107.2.1.3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE DEMISING WALL TO THE RIGHT OF THE TENANT SPACE
 INDICATES IT IS A ONE HOUR WALL, IS THIS A NEW TENANT
 AND OR OCCUPANCY SEPARATION WALL? NO PERMITS HAVE BEEN
 PULLED FOR THIS WALL!!!! 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) THE DOOR TO THE REAR RIGHT OF THE PLAN, DOOR # 8, IS
 THIS TO BE A SHARED REAR REQUIRED EXIT FOR THE ADJACENT
 TENANT? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
