 LOOKS LIKE THE CALCULATIONS MAY HAVE BEEN DONE FOR THE
 WRONG ADDRESS. THE COVER PAGE SAYS THAT THE HVAC LOAD
 CALCULATIONS ARE FOR CHARLES LAWSON AT 807 7TH STREET.
 WPB. REVISE CALCULATIONS. PROVIDE THE CORRECT OWNER AND
 ADDRESS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED STATE THAT THE HOUSE FACES
 SOUTH. THIS BUILDING ORIENTATION LOOKS LIKE IT'S FOR
 THE ADDRESS MENTIONED ON ITEM #1 ABOVE NOT FOR THE
 HOUSE IN THIS PERMIT APPLICATION. SEE SURVEY OR PBC
 PROPERTY APPRAISER WEBSITE FOR THE CORRECT BUILDING
 ORIENTATION AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. PROVIDE THE ACTUAL
 ORIENTATION OF THE HOUSE IN THIS PERMIT. SEC. R403.6.1

 3- THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IS INCORRECT. COORDINATE WITH
 ITEM #1 ABOVE. NOTE: ACCORDING TO ARCHITECT PLANS
 SUBMITTED, THE ADDITION IS GOING TO BE AIR CONDITIONED
 WITH AN EXISTING A/C SYSTEM. NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE
 AND CORRECT EQUIPMENT LOAD CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THAT
 THE EXISTING A/C SYSTEM IS ADEQUATE TO SUPPORT THE
 ADDITIONAL LOAD. SEC. R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION,
 5TH EDITION (2014). NOTE: TO AVOID DELAYS OR CONFLICTS
 MAKE SURE LOAD CALCULATIONS TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AND THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION. ONE IS CONCRETE BLOCK AND THE OTHER
 ONE IS WOOD FRAME.
  
 4- PROVIDE A/C PLAN SHOWING THE DUCTWORK SIZE AND CFMS
 FOR THE NEW ADDITION. CLEARLY SPECIFY IF THE EXISTING
 UNIT IS ADEQUATE FOR THE ADDITIONAL LOAD OR IF NEW
 EQUIPMENT IS INSTALLED. ALSO, LIST THE EQUIPMENT
 MANUFACTURER AND MODEL NUMBER SPECIFIED ON THE
 EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH
 ITEM #3 ABOVE. SEC. 107.3.5.3(10) CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS.
 ONLY ONE WAS SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME. SEC. 107.1 CITY
