 NOTE:
 PERMIT APPLICATION NEEDS THE NOTARIZED SIGNATURE OF THE
 OWNER AND THE CONTRACTOR. ALSO, NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
 WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 1- DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS INCORRECT. THIS IS NOT A "RENOVATION
 BACK PATIO". ACCORDING TO PLANS SUBMITTED AND PREVIOUS
 EXPIRED PERMITS FROM THE SAME CONTRACTOR (14110641 AND
 15100254), THIS IS AN ADDITION AT THE REAR OF THE HOUSE
 NOT A "RENOVATION BACK PATIO" AS SPECIFIED ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. . CONTRACTOR TO REVISE DESCRIPTION
 OF WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- THE $2,000 VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS EXTREMELY LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL
 THE LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT
 AND ALL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $30,000
 +/-. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $813.56. NOTE: NEED TO
 PAY AT LEAST $163.56 TO COVER THE PLAN REVIEW FEES. THE
 BALANCE CAN BE PAID OFF AT TIME OF PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 3- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 4- THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT
 EXPOSURE "C". REVISE CODE INFORMATION SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWN ON SHEET 1 AS REQUIRED. SEC. R301.2.1.4

 6- LETTERING ON THE FRAMING DETAIL ON THE TOP RIGHT OF
 SHEET 1 IS TOO SMALL AND IS NOT LEGIBLE. PROVIDE LARGER

 SIZE. NEED TO SPECIFY STRAP IN ORDER TO GET THE

 FOR THE OWNER OR HAVE THE OWNER CERTIFY THE
