 NAME OF PROJECT, NAME OF BUILDER, NAME OF CONTRACTOR,
 PERMIT OFFICE (CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH NOT PALM BEACH),
 JURISDICTION NUMBER (704600 NOT 601000) AND CLIMATE
 ZONE (1A NOT 2).
 SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 C) IT IS NOT CLEAR IF THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED
 ARE FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE OR JUST ONE PART OF THE HOUSE.
 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE ON ITEM #6 (1122S.F.) IS FOR AN
 ADDITION THAT WAS DONE IN 2002. PLEASE COORDINATE
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS WITH EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS.
 SEE SQUARE FOOTAGE CONSIDERED ON THE EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATIONS. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2

 AND SHGC SPECIFIED ON ITEM #7. THIS IS ONLY REQUIRED
 WHEN A FACTOR OTHER THAN THE PROGRAM DEFAULT FACTOR IS
 USED FOR THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. R405.4.3
