 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1) SHEET 1 - THERE IS NO INDICATION REVIEW AND/OR
 COMPLOIANCE WITH ANY FIRE CODE.
  
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 5TH EDITION OF FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE INCLUDING
 THE 2012 EDITION OF NFPA 1 AND NFPA 101 AND ALL OTHER
 APPLICABLE CODES OR STANDARDS.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN APPLICABLE NOTE AND ENSURE

 6.1 CLASSIFICATION OF OCCUPANCY.
 6.1.1 GENERAL.
 6.1.1.1 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. THE OCCUPANCY OF A
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE, OR PORTION OF A BUILDING OR
 STRUCTURE, SHALL BE CLASSIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 6.1.2
 THROUGH 6.1.13. OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION SHALL BE
 SUBJECT TO THE RULING OF THE AUTHORITY
 HAVINGJURISDICTION WHERE THERE IS A QUESTION OF PROPER
 CLASSIFICATION IN ANY INDIVIDUAL CASE.
  
 A DISPLAY AREA IS INDICATED; IS THIS MERCANTILE?
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A NARRATIVE OF THE PROPOSED USE OF THE
 OCCUPANCY AND A NOTE INDICATING THE APPLICBALE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH
 THAT OCCUPANCY.
  
  
 3) SHEET 1 - THERE IS NO PROPOSED OCCUPACNY LOAD.
  
 PER NFPA 101 -
  
 7.3 CAPACITY OF MEANS OF EGRESS.
 7.3.1 OCCUPANT LOAD.
 7.3.1.1 SUFFICIENT CAPACITY.
 7.3.1.1.1 THE TOTAL CAPACITY OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS FOR
 ANY STORY, BALCONY, TIER, OR OTHER OCCUPIED SPACE SHALL
 BE SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD THEREOF.
  
 7.3.1.2* OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR. THE OCCUPANT LOAD IN ANY
 BUILDING OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN THE
 NUMBER OF PERSONS DETERMINED BY DIVIDING THE FLOOR AREA
 ASSIGNED TO THAT USE BY THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR FOR
 THAT USE AS SPECIFIED IN TABLE 7.3.1.2, FIGURE
 7.3.1.2(A), AND FIGURE 7.3.1.2(B). WHERE BOTH GROSS AND
 NET AREA FIGURES ARE GIVEN FOR THE SAME OCCUPANCY,
 CALCULATIONS SHALL BE MADE BY APPLYING THE GROSS AREA
 FIGURE TO THE GROSS AREA OF THE PORTION OF THE BUILDING
 DEVOTED TO THE USE FOR WHICH THE GROSS AREA FIGURE IS
 SPECIFIED AND BY APPLYING THE NET AREA FIGURE TO THE
 NET AREA OF THE PORTION OF THE BUILDING DEVOTED TO THE
 USE FOR WHICH THE NET AREA FIGURE IS SPECIFIED.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A NOTE INDICATING THE PROPOSED OCCUPANCY
 LOAD CALCULATION.
  
  
  
 4) SHEET 1 & 2 - THERE IS NO REFERNCE TO THE FRONT OF
 THE BUILDING AND/OR NORTH INDICATIONS.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A NOTE TO NORTH AND/OR IDENTIFY WHERE N
 DIXIE HIGHWAY IS LOCATED IN REFERNCE TO THE BUILDING.
  
  
  
  
 5) SHEET 1 - THERE ARE TWO EXITS INDICATING PASSAGE
 THROUGH A STORAGE AREA. PER NFPA 101, CHAPTER 7.
  
 7.5.1.6 EXIT ACCESS FROM ROOMS OR SPACES SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO BE THROUGH ADJOINING OR INTERVENING ROOMS
 OR AREAS, PROVIDED THAT SUCH ROOMS OR AREAS ARE
 ACCESSORY TO THE AREA SERVED. FOYERS, LOBBIES, AND
 RECEPTION ROOMS CONSTRUCTED AS REQUIRED FOR CORRIDORS
 SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS INTERVENING ROOMS. EXIT
 ACCESS SHALL BE ARRANGED SO THAT IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO
 PASS THROUGH ANY AREA IDENTIFIED UNDER PROTECTION FROM
 HAZARDS IN CHAPTERS 11 THROUGH 43.
  
 IF THIS IS AN EXISTING BUSINESS OCCUPANCY -
  
 38.3.2 PROTECTION FROM HAZARDS.
 38.3.2.1* GENERAL. HAZARDOUS AREAS INCLUDING, BUT NOT
 LIMITED TO, AREAS USED FOR GENERAL STORAGE, BOILER OR
 FURNACE ROOMS, AND MAINTENANCE SHOPS THAT INCLUDE
 WOODWORKING AND PAINTING AREAS SHALL BE PROTECTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 8.7.
  
 A NOTE IS INDICATING STORAGE OF FILE CABINETS. THIS
 SPACE CAN NOT BE USED FOR GENERAL STORAGE AND THE PATH
 OF TRAVEL SHALL ALWAYS BE MAINTAINED.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A CABINET FILE FLOOR PLAN THAT INDICATES
 THE REQUIRED EXIT PATH CLEARANCE EVEN WHEN OPENED.
  
  
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE PLAN SHEET
 REVISION CLOUDS OR NUMBERED NARRATIVE RESPONSES TO THE
 ABOVE.
  
  
  
 7) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE PROVIDED ON THE
