 FEET WITH 686 SQUARE FEET OF CANOPY. PLEASE CLARIFY AND
 ENSURE THAT ALL DOCUMENTS ARE CONSISTENT.
  
 2. THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE
 REVISED PARKING CALCULATION AS ADDITIONAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE IS BEING ADDED TO THE OVERALL FACILITY.
  
 3. AS ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE IS BEING ADDED TO THE
 FACILITY, TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY SHALL BE APPROVED BY PALM
 BEACH COUNTY. PLEASE PROVIDE SUCH APPROVAL LETTER.
