 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE PLAN THAT WAS SUBMITTED
 DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 401.3. SHOW HOW THE
 LOT WILL BE GRADED TO PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES OF
 FALL AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION WALLS WITHIN THE FIRST 10
 FEET. SHOW HOW THE SURFACE WATER WILL BE DIVERTED TO A
 STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION. ( PREVIOUS COMMENT.) R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM). EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES,
 WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6
 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM),
 DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE
 DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE. IMPERVIOUS SURFACES
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE BUILDING FOUNDATION
 SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE
 BUILDING.
  
 2) ( PREVIOUS COMMENT.) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE
 DONE FOR WORST CASE WHICH IS USED FOR MASTERED PLANS.
 WHEN SUBMITTING THE PERMIT DOCUMENTS FOR A STRUCTURE ON
 A SPECIFIC LOT, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE ACTUAL
 ORIENTATION OF THE STRUCTURE FOR THE FORMS AND THE
 CALCULATIONS. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
  
 3) ( PREVIOUS COMMENT.) THERE ARE SEVERAL ERRORS ON THE
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS. THE OVERHANG SEPARATION IS NOT
 CORRECT FOR THE WINDOWS IN THE GABLE END WALLS. THE
 FRAME WALL THAT IS ADJACENT TO THE GARAGE IS NOT
 LISTED. THE ROOF COVERING IS TILE NOT COMPOSITE
 SHINGLES. PLEASE REVIEW THE PLANS AND SITE PLAN THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED AND CORRECT THE ENERGY FORMS
 ACCORDINGLY. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SEC. 101.5.1.1.2
  
 4) ( PREVIOUS COMMENT.) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO
 SIGN AND DATE THE ENERGY FORM. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION

 5) THE AREA CALCULATIONS FOR THE COVERED PORCHES AND
 THE GARAGE ON SHEET A-1 ARE REVERSED. PLEASE CORRECT.
