 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF A SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE PLAN
 THAT SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R401.3. SURFACE DRAINAGE
 SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER
 APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT DOES NOT CREATE A
 HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER
 AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A
 MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET
 (3048 MM). EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR
 OTHER PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF
 FALL WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL
 BE CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE
 STRUCTURE. IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM)
 OF THE BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF
 2 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE REQUIRED SOIL BEARING CAPACITY FOR THE
 STRUCTURE ON THE PLANS. FBC R401.2
  
 3) THERE IS A CONFLICT WITH THE CONCRETE STRENGTH OF
 THE SLAB. ON SHEET A-3 THE SLAB IS 2500 PSI CONCRETE
 AND ON A-2 IT IS 3000 PSI CONCRETE. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC

 4) SPECIFY THE REQUIRED DESIGN LIVE AND DEAD ROOF LOADS
 AND ATTIC LOADS ON SHEET A-3 THE PLANS. FBC TABLE

 5) FBC-R612.7.2.1 REQUIRES WOOD BUCKS TO EXTEND BEYOND
 THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE WIDOW OR DOOR FRAME TO PROVIDE
 FULL SUPPORT. PLEASE REVISE THE BUCK DETAILS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE.

 FRAMING PLAN AND THE WALL SECTION ON SHEET A-3. PLEASE

 11) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R315 FOR REQUIRED CARBON
 MONOXIDE DETECTORS.
  
 12) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R302.5.1 FOR THE DOOR FROM
 THE GARAGE INTO THE RESIDENCE.
  
 13) THE FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATIONS SPECIFY SINGLE HUNG
 WINDOWS. PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED FOR
 HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOWS WITH EGRESS WINDOW WRITTEN
 ON THEM. PLEASE REVISE PLANS OR REMOVE CONFLICTING
 PRODUCT APPROVALS. REVIEW THE SLEEPING ROOM WINDOWS TO
 MAKE SURE THAT THE CLEAR OPENINGS MEET THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC-R310.1
  
 14) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 15) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE DONE FOR WORST CASE
 WHICH IS USED FOR MASTERED PLANS. WHEN SUBMITTING THE
 PERMIT DOCUMENTS FOR A STRUCTURE ON A SPECIFIC LOT, YOU
 ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE ACTUAL ORIENTATION OF THE
 STRUCTURE FOR THE FORMS AND THE CALCULATIONS. FBC
 ENERGY CONSERVATION
  
 16) THERE ARE SEVERAL ERRORS ON THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS. THE OVERHANG SEPARATION IS NOT CORRECT
 FOR THE WINDOWS IN THE GABLE END WALLS. THE FRAME WALL
 THAT IS ADJACENT TO THE GARAGE IS NOT LISTED. THE ROOF
 COVERING IS TILE NOT COMPOSITE SHINGLES. PLEASE REVIEW
 THE PLANS AND SITE PLAN THAT WERE SUBMITTED AND CORRECT
 THE ENERGY FORMS ACCORDINGLY. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION

 17) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DATE THE
 ENERGY FORM. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SEC. 103.1.1.2

 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
