 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS THAT CONTRACTOR AGREES TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED
 INFORMATION AFTER THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE
 INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES
 WILL APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO ADVICE IN WRITING IF PROVISO
 OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME. PERMIT WILL BE
 PROCESSED ONCE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE SIGNED BY
 THE OWNER AND THE IMPACT FEE COUNTY STAMP ON PLANS AND

 SIGNATURE OF THE SURVEYOR AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 472
 FLORIDA STATUTE. NOTE: ENGINEER OF RECORD SIGNED AND
 SEALED THE SURVEY. HE CAN NOT SIGN AND SEAL THE SURVEY
 IF IT WAS NOT DONE BY HIM. FAC 61G15-23.002.

 AND DOOR FRAME. REVISE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS AS
 REQUIRED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE. SEC. R612.7.2.1
