 1.) THE NEW SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL DOES
 NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE PROPERTY LINES OF THE

 SURVEY, IT SEEMS THAT THE LOT LINES HAVE BEEN
 RECONFIGURED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER WILL
 NEED TO APPLY FOR A LOT SPLIT IN ORDER TO FORMALLY
 RECONFIGURE THE PARCEL(S). THE APPLICATION FOR THE LOT
 SPLIT CAN BE FOUND IN THE 2017 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION,
 WHICH IS AVAILABLE ONLINE ON THE CITY'S WEBSITE.
  
 2.) WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED DRIVE? PLEASE
 NOTE THAT A DRIVEWAY CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT. IN WIDTH AT
 THE PROPERTY LINE. PROVIDE DIMENSION IN THE PLANS.

 3.) DRIVEWAY SHALL BE SETBACK AT LEAST 3 FT. FROM THE

 FROM THE PROPERTY LINE(S). [ZLDR S.94-305(A)(7)]
  
 5.) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPE
 IMPROVEMENTS. PLEASE SPEAK TO ONE OF THE PERMIT CLERKS
