 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY SHOWS THAT TWO SEPARATE
 LOTS WITH A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ON EACH LOT HAVE
 BEEN COMBINED INTO ONE PROPERTY (242 LINDA LANE AND 235
 POTTER ROAD). THIS INFORMATION WAS VERIFIED ON THE PALM
 BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER?S WEBSITE. THE PROPERTY
 OWNER(S) ARE REQUESTED TO UNDO THE UNITY OF THE TWO
 LOTS SINCE THE ZONING DESIGNATION OF THE DISTRICT (SF7)
 DOES NOT ALLOW FOR TWO RESIDENCES ON A SINGLE PROPERTY
 IN A SF7 ZONE. THE PROPERTY OWNER(S) ARE REQUIRED TO
 SUBMIT AN UPDATED SURVEY AND PROOF FROM THE COUNTY THAT
 THE PARCELS HAVE BEEN REVERTED BACK TO TWO LOTS UPON
 COMPLETION OF THIS TASK.
  
 2.) UPON COMPLETION OF THE ABOVE:
  
 (A) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE
 SURVEY FOR 242 LINDA LANE, WHICH IS THE PROPERTY
 SUBJECT TO THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PERMIT.
  
 (B) SHOW WIDTH AND SETBACK DIMENSIONS (FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINES) OF THE PROPOSED NEW DRIVEWAY.
  
 (C) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPE
 IMPROVEMENTS. PLEASE SPEAK TO ONE OF THE PERMIT CLERKS
 IN THE BUILDING DIVISION FOR ASSISTANCE.
  
 (D) PER SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, A MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQ. FT. OR
 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 LIVING PLANT MATERIAL. PLEASE INCLUDE CALCULATIONS IN
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 (E) THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS
 TO THE PROPERTY AT 242 LINDA LANE WILL REQUIRE THE
 REMOVAL OF EXISTING TREES/PALMS ON THE PROPERTY. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT ANY TREE AND/OR PALM CANNOT BE REMOVED
 WITHOUT A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT THE
