 THIS OFFICE HAS REVIEWED THE INFORMATIO PROVIDED BY THE
 APPLICANT, VIA EMAIL, AS WELL AS THE INTENDED LOCATION
 (THE PARKING AREA BETWEEN THE TWO WAREHOUSES LISTED AS
 432 25TH STREET) . AT THIS TIME, OUR POSITION REMAINS
 UNCHANGED REGARDING THE DENIAL OF THE EVENT APPLICATION
 FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 FIRE PREVENTION CODE FOR ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES, AS
 LISTED BELOW.
  
 PER NFPA 101, CHAPTER 12 - NEW ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES
 12.2.4.4 ?? A FENCED OUTDOOR ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY SHALL
 HAVE NOT LESS THAN TWO REMOTE MEANS OF EGRESS FROM THE
 ENCLOSURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH 7.5.1.3.
 12.2.8 MEANS OF EGRESS, OTHER THAN FOR PRIVATE PARTY
 TENTS NOT EXCEEDING 1200 FT2, SHALL BE ILLUMINATED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7.8.
 12.2.9.1 ?? EMERGENCY LIGHTING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7.9.
  
 PER NFPA 101, CHAPTER 7 - MEANS OF EGRESS
 7.5.1.3.1 ?? WHERE MORE THAN ONE EXIT, EXIT ACCESS, OR
 EXIT DISCHARGE IS REQUIRED FROM A BUILDING OR PORTION
 THEREOF, SUCH EXITS, EXIT ACCESSES, OR EXIT DISCHARGES
 SHALL BE REMOTELY LOCATED FROM EACH OTHER AND BE
 ARRANGED TO MINIMIZE THE POSSIBILITY THAT MORE THAN ONE
 HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE BLOCKED BY ANY ONE FIRE OR
 OTHER EMERGENCY CONDITION.
 7.5.1.3.2* ?? WHERE TWO EXITS, EXIT ACCESSES, OR EXIT
 DISCHARGES ARE REQUIRED, THEY SHALL BE LOCATED AT A
 DISTANCE FROM ONE ANOTHER NOT LESS THAN ONE-HALF THE
 LENGTH OF THE MAXIMUM OVERALL DIAGONAL DIMENSION OF THE
 BUILDING OR AREA TO BE SERVED, MEASURED IN A STRAIGHT
 LINE BETWEEN THE NEAREST EDGE OF THE EXITS, EXIT
 ACCESSES, OR EXIT DISCHARGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED
 IN 7.5.1.3.3 THROUGH 7.5.1.3.5.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AND/OR DETAILS
 HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY NEITHER THE SUBMITTED HAND
 DRAWING NOR THE EMAIL BELOW.
  
 1) HOW WILL THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF 250 PERSONS (AS
 PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATION BY THE APPLICANT) BE
 ENFORCED?
  
 2) ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ONE
 PROPERLY TRAINED (1) CROWD MANAGER FOR EVERY 250
 PERSONS.
  
 3) THE INFORMATION BELOW, AS WELL AS THE DRAWING
 SUBMITTED WITH THE INITIAL APPLICATION INDICATES THAT
 THIS PROPERTY HAS 2 DOORS AND/OR GATES AT THE FRONT OF
 THE PROPERTY. A REVIEW OF THE PROPERTY SHOWS 1 MANUAL
 GATE DOOR, APPROXIMATELY, 10-15 FEET IN WIDTH. THE
 DETAILS PROVIDED ARE INACCURATE.
  
 4) WILL THERE BE ANY ACCESS TO THE INTERIOR OF THE
 NEIGHBORING WAREHOUSE SPACES BY STAFF OR THE GENERAL
 PUBLIC? HOW WILL THIS BE MONITORED?
  
 5) HOW IS THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO THE MUSIC STAGE AND
 THE FOOD TENT BEING SUPPLIED?
  
 6) THE FOOD TENT IS LABELED AS "FINGER FOODS".
 ADDITIONAL DETAILS REQUIRED? WILL THERE BE ANY COOKING
 AND/OR WARMING OF FOODS? IF SO, HOW WILL THIS BE
 ACCOMPLISHED?
  
 7) EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED, EVEN FOR OUTDOOR
 EVENTS. HOW WILL THIS BE ACCOMPLISHED IN A MANNER THAT
 IS IMMEDIATE, EFFICIENT, AND EFFECTIVE FOR THIS TYPE OF
 EVENT?
  
 8) DETAILS REGARDING QUANTITY AND LOCATION OF FIRE
