 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE PROPOSED STORAGE AREA DIFFERS FROM THAT WHICH
 WAS APPROVED FOR THE PBAU ATHLETIC COMPLEX PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (PD). ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE APPROVED
 SITE PLAN WILL REQUIRE A MINOR PD AMENDMENT.
  
 2. THE APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR THE PD REQUIRES A 6 FOOT
 HIGH WALL TO BE PROVIDED AROUND THE ENTIRE STORAGE
 AREA, NOT A FENCE.
  
 3. THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR THE PD PROVIDED FOR
 AN AWABUKI VIBRUNUM HEDGE TO BE INSTALLED ON THE
 OUTSIDE OF THE WALL, NOT COCOPLUM. MODIFICATIONS TO THE
 APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL REQUIRE A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT.
  
 4. ALL LANDSCAPING WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED / INSTALLED
 UNDER A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE BE SURE TO
 SUBMIT THE PERMIT APPLICATION, ALONG WITH TWO COPIES OF
 SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE TO THE BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 5. SHEET SP-1 INDICATES THAT THE COVERING OVER THE BINS
 IS A PRE-FAB AWNING TO BE INSTALLED BY OTHERS; HOWEVER,
 THE PLANS PROVIDE FOR AN ALUMINUM CANOPY INCLUDED IN
 THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS
 AND THE SCOPE OF WORK IDENTIFIED ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION ARE CONSISTENT.
