 REVISIONS BY DELTA 10, 11 & 14 THE PLANS ARE NOT
 BUBBLED SHOW THESE LOCATIONS ON THE PLANS NOR IS THERE
 A NARRATIVE SUBMITTED EXPLAINING THE CHANGES.
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W * 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) SHEETS L1 & L2 BOTH SHOW 1 HOUR FIRE RATED
 STAIRWELLS. THE ORIGINAL PERMITTED SET OF PLANS ON
 SHEET M2 SHOWS INDEPENDENT SYSTEMS #16 & 17. THE
 REVISED DRAWINGS NOW SHOW A SHARED SYSTEM WITH THE
 REMAINDER OF THE FLOOR WITH RADIANT DAMPERS. PLEASE
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 1022.5 OF THE 2014 FBC-B.
 2014 FBC-B 1022.5 PENETRATIONS. PENETRATIONS INTO AND
 OPENINGS THROUGH INTERIOR EXIT STAIRWAYS AND RAMPS ARE
 PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR REQUIRED EXIT DOORS, EQUIPMENT
 AND DUCTWORK NECESSARY FOR INDEPENDENT VENTILATION OR
 PRESSURIZATION, SPRINKLER PIPING, STANDPIPES,
 ELECTRICAL RACEWAY FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT COMMUNICATION
 SYSTEMS AND ELECTRICAL RACEWAY SERVING THE INTERIOR
 EXIT STAIRWAY AND RAMP AND TERMINATING AT A STEEL BOX
 NOT EXCEEDING 16 SQUARE INCHES. SUCH PENETRATIONS SHALL
 BE PROTECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 714. THERE
 SHALL BE NO PENETRATIONS OR COMMUNICATING OPENINGS,
 WHETHER PROTECTED OR NOT, BETWEEN ADJACENT INTERIOR
 EXIT STAIRWAYS AND RAMPS.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
