 IS THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION
 FOR SUCCESSOR ENGINEER UNDER 61G15-27.001(2) FOR
 ENGINEERS AND OR 61G1-18.002 PROCEDURES FOR A SUCCESSOR
 ARCHITECT.
 IN THE TITLEBLOCK ZIAJA INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATES
 ARCHITECTURAL MANAGEMENT WHICH IS ACTING AS AN
 ARCHITECT BY USING THE WORD ARCHITECT IN THE FICTITIOUS
 NAME IT APPEARS THAT YOU ARE ADVERTISING AS BEING A
 LICENSED ARCHITECT. EXCEPTIONS . THE EXCEPTION BELOW
 DOES ALLOW FOR OTHER THAN A ARCHITECT FOR BUILDINGS
 LESS THAN $25,000 DOLLARS IN VALUE. THIS IS ANOTHER
 ISSUE THE PICTURES TAKEN FORM THE JOBSITE VISIT APPEAR
 TO BE MORE WORK THAN STATED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 AND THE SCOPE OF WORK.
 481.229 EXEMPTIONS TO LICENSURE (1) ( C ) ANY OTHER
 TYPE OF BUILDING COSTING LESS THAN $25,000, EXCEPT A
 SCHOOL, AUDITORIUM, OR OTHER BUILDING INTENDED FOR

 ARCHITECT SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR MINOR SCHOOL
 PROJECTS PURSUANT TO S. 1013.45.
  
 NO MEP PLANS WERE SUBMITTED AND WOULD NEED TO BE
 UPDATED SINCE THERE IS A REVISION TO THE ORIGINAL
 BUILDING CONFIGURATION. 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W

 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.3.5.1.1 MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING PLAN REVIEWS.
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
