2017-04-15 06:07:481) INDICATE ON THE PLAN IF ANY TUNNELLING WILL BE
 REQUIRED UNDER THE STRUCTURE TO ACCESS THE EXISTING
 UNDERGROUND PIPE.IF SO, DETAILS AND BACKFILLING
 PROCEDURES SHALL BE SUBMITTED THAT CLEARLY SHOW HOW THE
 STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE CONCRETE SLAB WILL BE
 MAINTAINED DURING EXCAVATION AND BACKFILLING.
 STRUCTURAL FOAM IS NOT PERMITTED BELOW GROUND PER THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, RESIDENTIAL, SECTION 318 AND THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING, SECTION 2603.8.
 2) IF THE EXISTING SLAB IS GOING TO BE CUT AND SOIL
 REMOVED AND REPLACED, SUBMIT A SLAB REPAIR DETAIL FOR
 REVIEW. THE SLAB DETAIL SHALL BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA
 PER FL. STATUTES 471 & 481.IF SOIL IS GOING TO BE
 REMOVED AND REPLACED, THE REPLACED SOIL SHALL BE
 TREATED WITH A TERMITICIDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH 2014 FBC
 SEC.1816.1.
 3) SUBMIT MANUF. SPCECIFICATIONS FOR THE TANKLESS WATER
 HEATERS. WPB AMEND TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 4) INDICATE ON THE PLANS IF THE SHOWER VALVES ARE BEING
 REPLACED. WPB AMEND TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 5) THIS BUILDING HAS MULTIPE UNITS. WHAT ARE THE UNIT
 NUMBERS WHERE THIS WORK IS BEING DONE? THE SUBMITTED
 DRAWING APPEARS TO BE FOR 2 SEPARATE DWELLING UNITS. IF
 SO, THERE IS A WATER CLOSET AND SHOWER MISSING ON THE
 SANITARY RISER ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND A SHOWER IS
 MISSING ON THE FIRST FLOOR WATER RISER. CLARIFY.
 6) SUBMIT DETAILS AS TO HOW THE PIPE PENETRATIONS
 THROUGH THE FLOOR WILL BE FIRE SAFED TO ENSURE THE FIRE
 RATING OF THE FLOOR ( IF RATED). INDICATE IF THE FLOOR
 BETWEEN THE UNITS IS FIRE RATED AND THE FIRE RATING OF
 THE FLOOR. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1, 2014 FBC
 SEC.714.
 7) INDICATE THE EXTENT OF WALL REMOVAL THAT WILL BE
 ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REPAIR AND HOW THIS WORK WILL BE
 REPLACED.WPB AMEND TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 8) SUBMIT A FLOOR PLAN SHOWING WHERE THE WORK WILL BE
 DONE IN THE UNITS.WPB AMEND TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 9) HOW IS THE INTEGRITY OF THE EXISTING UNDERGROUND
 BUILDING DRAIN LINE AND SEWER BEING DETERMINED AS BEING
 IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION? IF THE INTERIOR DRAIN PIPING
 NEEDS TO BE REPLACED THE EXISTING UNDERGROUND MAY ALSO
 NEED TO BE REPLACED. CLARIFY.
 10) AS DRAWN, THE SANITARY RISER SHOWS A KITCHEN SINK
 AND WASHING MACHINE ON A WET VENT WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED PER 2014 FBC-PLUMBING SEC.912.1. ONLY
 FIXTURES IN THE BATHROOM GROUPMAY DISCHARGE INTO A WET
 VENT.
 11) AS DRAWN, THE SHOWER FOR THE 2ND FLOOR IS NOT
 VENTED. THE SHOWER FIXTURE DRAIN SHALL CONNECT TO THE
 STACK OR BE INDIVIDUALLY VENTED. 2014 FBC-PLUMBING
 SEC.901.2.
 12) CLEANOUTS ARE REQUIRED AT THE BASE OF THE STACKS.
