 1. SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ATTACHED GARAGE STATED AS 300 SQ.
 FT. (SEE ELEVATION CERTIFCATE A9 A). THIS SHOULD BE 464
 SQ. FT.
 2. SCOPE OF WORK INCREASED TO INCLUDE THE INSTALLATION
 OF FLOOD VENTS.
 3. IF ENGINEERED VENTS ARE INSTALLED, PROVIDE DESIGN
 CERTIFIED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 EVALUATION REPORT ISSUED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 COUNCIL (ICC) EVALUATION SERVICE, INC.
 4. IF NON-ENGINEERED OPENINGS ARE INSTALLED, REFER TO
 FEMA'S NON-ENGINEERED OPENING GUIDE, VOLUME 1 DATED
 JANUARY 2015.
 5. LOCATION OF PROPOSED VENTS ARE ON ONE WALL. REFER TO
 FEMA'S OPENINGS IN FOUNDATION WALLS AND WALLS OF
 ENCLOSURES TECHNICAL BULLENTIN 1 DATE AUGUST 2008. IT
 IS RECOMMENDED THAT OPENINGS BE REASONBLY DISTRIBUTED
 AROUND THE PEREMITER OF THE ENCLOSED AREA UNLESS THERE
 IS CLEAR JUSTIFICATION FOR PUTTING ALL OPENINGS ON JUST
 ONE OR TWO SIDES. THERE APPEARS TO BE AN AREA LOCATED
 ADJACENT TO THE FOYER EXTERIOR DOOR TO LOCATE AT LEAST
 ONE VENT.
 6. FINAL ELEVATION CERTIFCATE REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL
 INSPECTION.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY
