 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 18 WITH HARDWARE GROUP # 1 VANDAL ENTRANCE LOCK NOT
 PANIC HARDWARE, THIS IS ALLOWED, CODE COMPLIANT ON THE
 MAIN ENTRY DOOR BY EXCEPTION . 1008.1.9.3, ITEM 2. IF:
 2. IN BUILDINGS IN OCCUPANCY GROUP A HAVING AN OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 300 OR LESS, GROUPS B, F, M AND S, AND IN
 PLACES OF RELIGIOUS WORSHIP, THE MAIN EXTERIOR DOOR OR
 DOORS ARE PERMITTED TO BE EQUIPPED WITH KEY-OPERATED
 LOCKING DEVICES FROM THE EGRESS SIDE PROVIDED:
 2.1. THE LOCKING DEVICE IS READILY DISTINGUISHABLE AS
 LOCKED;
 2.2. A READILY VISIBLE DURABLE SIGN IS POSTED ON THE
 EGRESS SIDE ON OR ADJACENT TO THE DOOR STATING: THIS
 DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED. THE
 SIGN SHALL BE IN LETTERS 1 INCH (25 MM) HIGH ON A
 CONTRASTING BACKGROUND; AND
 2.3. THE USE OF THE KEY-OPERATED LOCKING DEVICE IS
 REVOKABLE BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR DUE CAUSE.
  
 2) SHEET A0.13 THE DOOR SCHEDULE SHOWS THE DOOR TO THE
 TRAINING ROOM, DOOR # 20 ALSO WITH A VANDAL ENTRY LOCK.
 THIS DOOR SHOULD HAVE PANIC HARDWARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 1008.1.10.
  
 3) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD INDICATES 1 HOUR FIRE RATED
 WALLS BETWEEN THE TENANT SPACE AND COMMON AREAS AS WELL
 AS THE TRAINING ROOM 707. PLEASE REVIEW THE MECHANICAL
 COMMENT # 5 MISSING FIRE DAMPERS IN FIRE RATED WALLS
 AND COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 714.1.1 DUCTS AND AIR
 TRANSFER OPENINGS.
 PENETRATIONS OF FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED WALLS BY DUCTS
 THAT ARE NOT PROTECTED WITH DAMPERS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTIONS 714.2 THROUGH 714.3.3. MISSING FIRE DAMPERS
 SEE M2.2.1. 10X8 O/A DUCT PENETRATING THE TRAINING/
 CORRIDOR WALL, 16X12 O/A DUCT PENETRATING THE TRAINING
 ROOM/ CORRIDOR WALL, TRAINING ROOM/ VESTIBULE/ MENS
 RESTROOM AND THE 8X8 SUPPLY DUCT PENETRATING THE COPY
 ROOM/ ELEVATOR LOBBY WALL.
  
 4) THE NEW OUTSIDE AIR DUCT WILL REQUIRE AN OUTSIDE AIR
 LOUVER ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH: 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS & CLADDING.
 FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE 61G20-3.005, RULE 9N-3 NOV. 01/ 2010 (31)
 SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT
 WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT APPROVALS:

 5) FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
 6) THE RESTROOM DETAIL 1/ A4.23 IN BOTH RESTROOMS SHOWS
 6 OR MORE WATER CLOSETS AND OR COMBINATION OF WATER
 CLOSETS AND URINALS THEN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 213.3.1 OF THE 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE IS REQUIRED.
 ALSO SEE:
 604.8.2 AMBULATORY ACCESSIBLE COMPARTMENTS. AMBULATORY
 ACCESSIBLE COMPARTMENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH 604.8.2.
 604.8.2.2 DOORS. TOILET COMPARTMENT DOORS, INCLUDING
 DOOR HARDWARE, SHALL COMPLY WITH 404, EXCEPT THAT IF
 THE APPROACH IS TO THE LATCH SIDE OF THE COMPARTMENT
 DOOR, CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE DOOR SIDE OF THE
 COMPARTMENT AND ANY OBSTRUCTION SHALL BE 42 INCHES
 (1065 MM) MINIMUM. THE DOOR SHALL BE SELF-CLOSING. A
 DOOR PULL COMPLYING WITH 404.2.7 SHALL BE PLACED ON
 BOTH SIDES OF THE DOOR NEAR THE LATCH. TOILET
 COMPARTMENT DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED COMPARTMENT AREA.
  
 604.8.2.3 GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL COMPLY WITH 609. A
 SIDE-WALL GRAB BAR COMPLYING WITH 604.5.1 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE COMPARTMENT.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
