 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) PROVIDE AREA TABULATIONS FOR THE CONDITION SPACES
 AND THE UN-CONDITIONED SPACES. THE PLANS DIFFER FROM MY
 CALCULATIONS. I HAVE DETERMINED THE AREA OF CONDITIONED
 SPACE AS 1813 SQFT AND THE AREA OF THE UN-CONDITIONED
 SPACE (COVERED PORCHES AND ENTRY) AS 317 SQFT. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 2) (PREVIOUS COMMENT.) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R318.5
 CONDENSATE LINES, IRRIGATION/SPRINKLER SYSTEM RISERS
 FOR SPRAY HEADS, AND ROOF DOWNSPOUTS SHALL DISCHARGE AT
 LEAST 1 FOOT (305 MM) AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE SIDEWALL,
 WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING, TAIL EXTENSIONS OR
 SPLASH BLOCKS. GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS ARE REQUIRED ON
 ALL BUILDINGS WITH EAVES OF LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM)
 HORIZONTAL PROJECTION EXCEPT FOR GABLE END RAKES OR ON
 A ROOF ABOVE ANOTHER ROOF. THE RESPOSE WAS TO PROJECT
 THE SCUPPERS 6" PAST THE EXTERIOR WALL. THIS IS NOT AN
 ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVE. UNLIKE A SIX INCH ROOF EAVE
 WHICH WILL DISTRIBUTE THE RAIN WATER RUN OFF FROM THE
 ROOF, THE RAIN WATER WILL BE FUNNELED TO THE SCUPPERS
 AND THE CONCENTRATED DISCHARGE WILL ERODE THE SOIL. THE
 PRIMARY SCUPPERS WILL NEED TO HAVE CONDUCTOR HEADS AND
 DOWN SPOUTS.
  
 3) (PREVIOUS COMMENT.) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR
 THE LEDGERS THAT ARE SUPPORTING THE ROOF TRUSSES. FBC-R

 4) (PREVIOUS COMMENT.) PROVIDE THE ROOF UPLIFT VALUES
 FOR A 10 SQFT EFFECTIVE WIND AREA. THE ROOF DESIGN
 PRESSURES IN THE TABLE ON SHEET S-3 ARE INCORRECT. THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE FLAT ROOF WITH A 132 MPH VASD
 WINDSPEED, A 15' OR LESS MEAN ROOF HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE
 C SHOULD BE AS FOLLOWS: +15.4, -37.9 PSF FOR ROOF ZONE
 1, +15.4, -63.6 PSF FOR ROOF ZONE 2 AND +15.4, -95.7
 PSF FOR ROOF ZONE 3. FBC-R301.2.1
  
 5) (PREVIOUS COMMENT.) PROVIDE SCUPPER SIZING
 CALCULATIONS. FBC 107.2.1 & FBC- PLUMBING 1106.7 SHOW
 ALL CALCULATIONS ON THE PLANS. INCLUDE THE ROOF AREAS
 OF THE ENTRY TOWER THAT DRAIN ONTO THE LOWER ROOF AND
 ONE HALF THE AREA OF THE WALLS OF THE WALLS OF THE
 TOWER THAT ARE ADJACENT TO THE LOWER ROOF.
  
 6) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE ENCLOSED SCUPPERS WITH
 DIMENSIONS. THE PRIMARY DRAIN SCUPPERS ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE LOCATED LEVEL WITH THE LOWEST PORTION OF THE ROOF.

 7) (PREVIOUS COMMENT.) R903.4.1 OVERFLOW DRAINS AND
 SCUPPERS. WHEN OTHER MEANS OF DRAINAGE OF OVERFLOW
 WATER IS NOT PROVIDED, OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHALL BE
 PLACED IN WALLS OR PARAPETS NOT LESS THAN 2 INCHES (51
 MM) NOR MORE THAN 4 INCHES (102 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED
 ROOF COVERING AND SHALL BE LOCATED AS CLOSE AS
 PRACTICAL TO REQUIRED VERTICAL LEADERS OR DOWNSPOUTS OR
 WALL AND PARAPET SCUPPERS. AN OVERFLOW SCUPPER SHALL BE
 SIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 PLUMBING. SECONDARY (EMERGENCY) ROOF DRAINS SHALL ALSO
 COMPLY WITH FBC PLUMBING SECTION 1108.3 SIZING OF
 SECONDARY DRAINS. SECONDARY (EMERGENCY) ROOF DRAIN
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE SIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1106
 BASED ON THE RAINFALL RATE FOR WHICH THE PRIMARY SYSTEM
 IS SIZED IN TABLES 1106.2(1), 1106.2(2), 1106.3 AND
 1106.6. SCUPPERS SHALL BE SIZED TO PREVENT THE DEPTH OF
 PONDING WATER FROM EXCEEDING THAT FOR WHICH THE ROOF
 WAS DESIGNED AS DETERMINED BY SECTION 1101.7. SCUPPERS
 SHALL HAVE AN OPENING DIMENSION OF NOT LESS THAN 4
 INCHES (102 MM). THE FLOW THROUGH THE PRIMARY SYSTEM
 SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED WHEN SIZING THE SECONDARY ROOF
 DRAIN SYSTEM.
  
 8) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
