| MECHANICAL PLAN REVIEWER THIS MANUFACTURER HAS NO STATE |
| APPROVAL FOR THE COOLER/ FREEZER UNITS FOR EXTERNAL |
| USE. PLEASE NOTE THE S2 & S3 SHEETS DO NOT PROVIDE |

| VERIFICATION OF WHAT WAS APPROVED. SHEET A001.1 SHOWS |
| THE WEST FACE OF THE STRUCTURE IS TO BE 5 FT. -1 IN. |
| FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. SHEET A008 SHOWS THE EAST, |
| NORTH AND WEST ELEVATIONS OF THIS AREA. THE EAST WALL |
| DOES SHOW AN OPENING AS LARGE AS A GARAGE DOOR. THE |
| NORTH WALL NO OPENINGS, AND THE WEST WALL AS OPEN. THIS |
| IS A CODE VIOLATION; THE PLANS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN |
| ISSUED WITH THE WEST FACE OPEN. SINCE THE STRUCTURE IS |
| 5 FT. 1 INCH FROM THE PROPERTY LINE THIS WALL SHOULD BE |
| 1 HOUR RATED. THIS IS PROTECT THIS PROPERTY AS WELL AS |
| THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY FROM FIRE, SEE 2014 FBC-B |
| TABLE 602 FOR ALL BUILDING TYPES AND OCCUPANCIES. |
