 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1)2ND REQUEST. THE RESPONSE NARRATIVE INDICATES TO BE
 PROVIDED BY OWNER. SINCE THE 2 UNITS ARE UNDER
 DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP A UNITY OF TITLE CANNOT BE USED TO
 UNIFY THE PROPERTIES. SPEAKING WITH THE CITY SURVEYOR
 VINCENT NOEL, WHEN THERE ARE 2 OR MORE PROPERTIES THAT
 NEED TO BE UNIFIED THERE IS AN INSTRUMENT THAT THE LAW
 DEPARTMENT USES, A UNITY OF CONTROL. VINCE STILL
 INDICATED THAT IT STARTS WITH A UNITY OF TITLE, WHEN HE
 SEES 2 DIFFERENT OWNERS THEN IS WHEN THE LAW DEPARTMENT
 IS BROUGHT IN. WE DO NOT HAVE A FORM ON LINE FOR THE
 UNITY OF CONTROL.
 THE OTHER OPTION MR. NOEL GAVE IS ONE OF THE OWNERS
 PROVIDES A QUICK CLAIM DEED TO THE OTHER OWNER.
  
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. PLEASE NOTE THE PLANS A-1 THE
 COMBINING OF UNITS MU-1 & MU-2 (CONDOMINIUM) TOGETHER
 INTO ONE UNIT. PLEASE PROVIDE A RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE
 FOR THE 2 UNITS. UNITY OF TITLE. THE PROPOSED BUILDING
 STRUCTURE TRANSGRESSES LEGAL BOUNDARY LINES BETWEEN THE
 LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM 'THE SITE'. A 'UNITY OF
 TITLE' SHALL BE RECORDED AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE.
 SUBMIT A COPY OF THE RECORDED 'UNITY OF TITLE' DOCUMENT
 SO THAT FBC TABLE 601 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE
 DEEMED NOT APPLICABLE.
