| NEED TO BE UNIFIED THERE IS AN INSTRUMENT THAT THE LAW |
| DEPARTMENT USES, A UNITY OF CONTROL. VINCE STILL |
| INDICATED THAT IT STARTS WITH A UNITY OF TITLE, WHEN HE |
| SEES 2 DIFFERENT OWNERS THEN IS WHEN THE LAW DEPARTMENT |
| IS BROUGHT IN. WE DO NOT HAVE A FORM ON LINE FOR THE |
| UNITY OF CONTROL. |
| THE OTHER OPTION MR. NOEL GAVE IS ONE OF THE OWNERS |
| PROVIDES A QUICK CLAIM DEED TO THE OTHER OWNER. |
