 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES. ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR
 ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT, A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT
 SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE APPLICABLE GOVERNING
 AUTHORITY. 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
  
 2) SHEET D-1 DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 904.3.2 COUNTER.THE COUNTER SURFACE
 HEIGHT SHALL BE 38 INCHES (965 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND. THE TOP OF THE COUNTER EDGE
 PROTECTION SHALL BE 2 INCHES (51 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
 TOP OF THE COUNTER SURFACE ON THE AISLE SIDE OF THE
 CHECK-OUT COUNTER.
  
 3) SHEET D-1 DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 226.1. WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE
 PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST
 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT
 THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.

 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
